Username || Nilah44 Which One || 3, 2, 1 Character's Name || Orianya Personality: -Proud: How could one not be proud if you were born as this one was? She was one of the few, the new species: not found, a new species given life when her mother's exile was meant to mean extinction. Her people, in a way, had not only survived, they flourished. Perhaps not in the conventional way but oh how smart their Matron had been. All the stories this little one has heard sparks pride for her people, the other two that exist, as well as for their cousins which Ori considered her people as the mainland Alkidikes weren't like them anyway.
-Faithful: Their mother, Elzira, gave them life in this land and they were all to be greatful to her. Orianya is as faithful as any could be if not more so. There's a small quirk, however, Orianya gets a little agitated when others mention Aisha. Elzira is their mother now and as a youngling she will not understand why all the Alkidikes on the Island do not understand this. Later on, with lots of patience (and rps with the Alkidike extremists) she may begin to see how they, the Elaria, owe Aisha for giving them Elzira. But Aisha will hold nothing in comparison to Elzira for this young extremist. Of course, her faithfulness is not limited to religion, she will follow the Extremists anywhere, believing in their cause as it is the only thing she has ever known. Ori will be faithful to the Matron and extremists to her last breath.
-Discreet: While being faithful and knowing where her loyalties lie, this one knows that they aren't exactly like their cousins. If anything odd happens with Elzira or even with herself, Ori prefers to stick with the Elaria for her questions although the Alkidike matriarchs would likely have much more knowledge of such things. Her way of thinking is that they are a new species! The alkidikes won't know everything about them, and if they do, why hasn't everything been shared? She'll be fairly discreet in matters of the Elaria and in anything else asked of her.
-Fluid: Orianya will literally go with the flow when it comes to most things. She'll follow her cousins and sisters where ever their cause may lead them. It can be sort of bad, however, as she wont become attached to things leaving her to look fairly indifferent towards some things that others might freak out about. Oh you broke her anklet? No biggie, it can be fixed. It does leave her very flexible and able to work with a multitude of different things and people.
History: One of the few. One of the Proud. Born into such a large family that share few similar physical traits. But none of that mattered to this little one. She was birthed from her lotus last, as if making them all wait for her arrival. Ori was over all a happy baby, rather fuss free. She always listened intently but wasn't really one for asking questions. Her siblings and her were raised the Alkidike way, which she supposed was the Elarian way as well as it was the Alkidikes who brought them into this world, no it was Elzira who brought them into this world but the Alkidikes and the Matron who made it possible and gave birth to Elzira. Well, technically it was Aisha but still mainly the Alkidikes and the Matron. Ori always tried to remember those distinctions.

Ask her. Ori scolded herself. Ask her! The young Elarian stayed quiet. Some might attribute it to being the youngest, that she would allow her older sisters to speak up first but that wasn't the case at all. Ori had questions. Ori had plenty of questions but they were questions she wouldn't ask. It wasn't that she didn't think her elders or the other Alkidike extremists wouldn't know the answer. They likely might. But, this land was still fairly new to them and their Elzira supposedly looked different from their Aisha, which Ori still frowned at hearing the others speak so highly of Aisha. So perhaps they wouldn't know and honestly, Orianya might never find out. In her opinion, the Matron and others would tell them what they needed to know. Who could really say if it was completely trusting someone, or maybe the lack of trust? This elaria was really too young to be able to discern the difference at this point in time. So she sat, and waited, and listened to all everyone had to say. Ori soaked up every word of it. This was their history and perhaps their legacy. History was made anyway with their birth, Ori thought proudly as she glanced at her two siblings.
Yet, it still remains a question to her, how was the matron so sure that this would work? That their Elzira would be able to live in this hostile land where the natural inhabitants were so weird looking, so she was told anyway. Regardless, they owed their existence, and the existence of Elzira to the Matron. It was why Ori always listened so intently to the extremist leader. The matron would shape a way for them into this world, their world really. Were the Elaria ever meant to be? After all, why would they come out looking so different from their mothers? Well, technically the alkidikes considered them cousins but Ori thought them closer than that. Many questions surfaced in her thoughts as to why they looked so much different than them, but thankfully her siblings normally had the same questions and asked them for her, well, for them. That didn't concern her as much, however, as she figured even the information that wasn't shared by the matron, the Elaria would figure out on their own in due time. Everything had it's own time and place, this Orianya knew and understood already.
Just ask her! Ori's inner voice told her as the matron concluded her lesson and asked if there were any questions. She waited patiently as her siblings asked their questions which were answered each in turn. Orianya received a few looks from some of the older Extremists as if asking her when she would speak up, but she never did. Once everyone had stopped talking, the Matron released them to go and play and spend their time as they wished, inside the camp of course. Ori caught up to her siblings and stood between them, grabbing their hands with hers. "So...do you guys ever get a tingling feeling in your lower antennae?"

Cizo: Oban girl, possible stage 2, uses some kind of knife/sword could change however, saves Kres from her brother Liy, teaches Kres not everyone needs protecting. See prentice->guard class quest.
Liy: Oban thief who tried to hold up Kres in Sulburi. Was bested/routed by his sister coming to the shifter's aide. See prentice->guard class quest.
