The Eevee retrieved need to be taken back to their original owner. Except one problem, their owner, Bill, has been taken hostage. After we saved the Eevees in Celadon City, those same black clad mobsters have broke into Bill's Cerulean Cape home and taken him hostage, boarding him up in the house and demanding the Eevee be brought back to them, especially the stray without a Pokeball, not sure why that one is so important.

The police have the house surrounded and are trying to negotiate with the mobsters. This is the perfect opportunity to break in and save Bill ourselves. Your mission is this, head to Cerulean Cape and get past the police barricade and break into the house undetected. Find Bill inside and escape with him. It should be noted that Bill's house has a basement filled with all sorts of machines and gadgets that pertain to the Pokemon Storage Network and is difficult to get through, a giant maze of machines, so it's likely they are keeping him hidden in there.

Be careful when going in, these mobsters don't play fair, they go for blood, the trainer's. You must also be careful not to let them harm Bill, or his machines. Also, do not like the police catch you either, they intend to send in their own special ops unit and if you cross paths, you'll be arrested.

Objective:
---Break into Bill's Cerulean Cape home and save him.

Opposition:
---Mob members on in the inside, they use Rattata, Raticate, Ekans, Arbok, Sandshrew, Sandslash, Zubat, Golbat, Grimer, Muk, Drowzee, Hypno, Koffing, Weezing, Oddish, Gloom, Machop, Machoke, and Houndour. They specialize in Poison moves as well and like to attack the enemy trainers and put them in danger.
---The Cerulean Police, they use Squirtle, Wartortle, Psyduck, Golduck, Poliwag, Poliwhirl and Staryu, they'll try to put you to sleep with Hypnosis by the ducks and Polis and arrest you.

Pokemon:
---You may snag one Pokemon.

Rewards:
---Snag Coins, more people who join in, more rewards.

(Remember, this is an Urgent Mission. I won't control the opposition, those who participate do, so work together and get it done before time is up!)

What day was it? Monday? -Wait, what month was it anyways? Veronica had no idea. She knew the idea of living isolated for a month or two... or three... wasn't a good idea. Eh. She received news of an urgent mission and decided to give into the risky task. It almost seemed like she had only been attending to the more deadlier missions lately.

It was the afternoon when Veronica decided to leave the HQ, she didn't bother interacting with anyone and sneaked by to avoid getting woken up any further. I knew I should have turned off the tv earlier last night... Sighs. She wasn't in the best of moods but could still muster up the will to get this done. Veronica decided to depart on her Flygon; Cerulean Cape was on the other side of Kanto and she wanted to be comfortable for the long ride.

((if anyone else will come along with me, post sooner or later~))

Lykas had decided to go see about the situation with Bill. He'd been informed, by GRAY, about the incident in the tower in Celadon. Kaya had wanted to go, feeling like he was somehow responsible for it but the hybrid refused to allow it.

"You're not that skilled yet and this is going to be a dangerous mission." He'd told the older man, arms crossed in protest. Kaya had, of course, put up an argument but Lykas refused to give in. Kaya eventually conceded and walked off to the kitchen, decided that, if he couldn't go on the mission, he'd go get food instead.

"Ready?"

"Yep. Thanks for coming, Odd. Your skills ought to come in handy here." Lykas responded as he walked outside with the Channeler, who released his Golurk once they were outside the cave.

"Dissonance, we need you to carry us to Cerulean City in Kanto. Think you can do it?" Odd asked of his partner, getting a nod in response. "Luuuuuuuurk."

"No problem, Lykas. I'm glad to help, especially since I missed out on the last mission." Odd replied, climbing into one of Dissonance's hands when the Golurk lowered them. Lykas smiled at his partner before climbing into the huge Ghost's empty hand.

"And away we go!" Odd shouted, pointing skyward before he braced himself for take off. Lykas followed suite, preparing for the impending flight.

"You ready Zest and....?"

"Koffing!" His newly caught Pokemon exclaimed, smoke billowing out.

"Ya. Thought so."

Jumping on his hoverboard, the newbie raced into the sky, following two boys on a rocket and a girl on a dragon. "Rad...." Allen muttered, putting his goggles over his eyes as his Magby clung onto his leg, yet enjoying the ride. She was still uncomfortable on it, but it was exhilarating to the baby Pokemon.

Personally he was kind of anxious about this mission. He was still a Rookie. He could only carry three Pokemon at a time, well, that's what his team rank said. He didn't know how much good he'd do if things got hairy. But he's do the best he could.

With a peek behind her, she noticed some few following her. Oh well, that better be other members. As the sky darkened, she urged BlackCrystal to fly faster even if the shade was nice. Veronica eventually reached the old Cerulean City. "So I just go North?" She wondered to herself, returning BlackCrystal to his pokeball. She dragged herself over to the bridge, taking it slow so that the others could catch up -and she wasn't in any hurry anyways.

On the other side of the bridge, she could hear the commotion and the police sirens even at her distance. Well, I could wait till it starts to rain or for the night but... Veronica contemplated climbing up the wall to enter from the back and avoid at least some of the police officers.

Dissonance made it to Cerulean City in hardly any time. His speed had made the trip little more than a breezy jog for him. When he arrived, Odd and Lykas climbed down from his hands, dropping to the ground just as the Golurk landed. The two teens simply flopped onto their butts at this point, waiting for their stomachs to catch up to them.

Once they were certain they had regained their bearings, they climbed to their feet, Odd recalling Dissonance with many thanks for the ride, and began to walk northward. According to Lykas' SNAG, that was where they'd find the cape and, thus, Bill's place. "Let me do all the talking." Odd said as his body shimmered for a second.

"What're you doing?" Lykas asked, uncertain what was going on.

"Halt! No civilians allowed on the premises!" A police officer called as the duo approached.

"Civilian? You're speaking to special agent Sterling Grey, International Police." Odd said in response.

"You're a special agent?" The officer asked. The man with rose colored hair he was looking at didn't look like a special agent to him.

"Are you questioning my authority?" Odd asked as he crossed his arms, glaring hard into the officer's eyes.

"N-no, sir! I'm afraid the hybrid can't go in with you, though."

"That hybrid is a reformed criminal. He is the nefarious Winston Bluegill and he knows the criminal mind better than anyone I have ever known. His assistance is vital to this mission." Odd replied, giving another hard glare.

Lykas crossed his arms at this point as well. To emphasize that he shouldn 't be challenged, his tentacles emerged from ponytail form and crossed in front of him as well.

"Do you continue to challenge my authority, officer?" Odd demanded.

"No sir! Please, go right ahead." The officer responded, allowing Odd to pass by him. Once the duo was out of earshot, Lykas spoke up. "Wow....I've never seen you assert so much dominance before. It's.....weird. I'm supposed to be the dominant one between us."

"I know. I only do it when I have to and this is a situation where it's a must." Odd responded. "Anyway, I saw someone else heading this way earlier so let's get inside and see if they've made it in yet."

"Ready for trouble?" Allen asked as he sent out Beck, his Koffing. He placed the thrusters of his hoverboard facing the plethora of police officers and turned it on max power. "Make it double." Beck and Zest would both begin blowing a Smokescreen into it, the force of the hoverboard thrusters sending the combined attack forward. If this worked then they'd get smokescreeened and Allen could jump the fence in. If not... err... well he made a distraction for the others. Hopefully.

Even though the hybrid had caught the officer's attention, Veronica feared of taking further steps in case that wasn't enough. The smokescreen gave her a safer opening though she hoped they wouldn't get chased because of it. She was able to sneak by the mountain terrain and enter through the back window.

The inside was messy, papers were scattered around and a chair was knocked over; one which Veronica just had to pick up because heading over to the basement. Her way was suddenly cut off by one of the mobsters. She silently glanced over at the others, taking out a pokeball in awareness of what they would soon get into. He held up a gun at her head. She didn't realize these guys that were stalling and 'negotiating' would care that much.

Odd, disguised as his alter-ego, Sterling, walked up to the building with Lykas at his side and tapped on the door very lightly. "Seems like it's fairly thick. Give me a sec." He announced before he phased through it, Lykas hiding him from the view of the police. Allen's smokescreen helped a lot, allowing the Channeler to open the door from the inside, allowing Lykas inside, who left the door closed but unlatched so Allen could enter after them.

Once inside, Odd dropped his disguise and phased through the floor, partway, looking around the basement. He emerged a few moments later with a worried expression on his face. "Veronica's in the basement. One of the thugs has her cornered and he's got a gun." He informed Lykas, who nodded and followed him to the stairs, which he'd seen from under the floor.

Heading down, the duo saw their friend in trouble rather quickly, Odd responding by using his illusions to blend into the environment around him. "Let's go." He said quietly, rushing towards the girl.

With not as much as a split second to think, "What, don't you recognize me?" she said sweetly and shrugged at the man. When he took a moment to look over the gun and think, Veronica sent out her Jellicent as a shield to slow down the shot where there to be any.
The gun shot had been muffled. Although she moved out of the way, Spirit would then focus on healing her jelly substance and she didn't have the guts to go at the man straight on. Instead she turned around and ran further in, until she came across an electric fence produced by two machines.

Lykas followed Odd down the stairs. "Stay hidden for now and go find Veronica. She might need help." Odd told Lykas before he jumped on top of a nearby machine.

Lykas nodded and headed down the stairs, darting along behind machines with footsteps as quiet as a Persian's. He peeked around the corners and crawled along the floor where necessary but ultimately reached Veronica without much trouble. "Don't freak out, please." He requested quietly as he walked up behind her. He wasn't sure if she'd recognize him as a Snagem or not, especially since he'd become a hybrid, so he wasn't taking chances.

Odd, on the other hand, was playing the unnerve the opponent tactic. He walked along the tops of the machines until he found the goon who'd shot at his teammate, using his illusions to blend in with the darkness around him. When he got close, he dropped to the floor, Cadenza released from his ball and waiting above the machines. "I think you should put that little toy away." He suggested, walking towards the man while he dropped his camouflage.

"And who's going to make me?" The goon asked, pointing his gun at Odd now.

"That's a fancy little toy, I have to admit." Odd said as he closed the distance. The goon with the guns hand started to shake as the creepy Channeler drew nearer to him, showing no fear and pulled the trigger. The gunshot rang out through the building but when Odd never flinched and showed no signs of having been hit at all, it was followed by several more.

"You really think that's going to stop me?" Odd asked, his voice dark and filled with the sound of a sadistic demon. "You have no idea the forces you are toying with." He announced as he became tangible once again and used his illusions once more. His body slowly bubbled up and enormous wings erupted from his back, black as pitch with blood red spikes in places as a gold helmet formed around his head, liquid gold oozing out of his very pores in order to claim their rightful place. "Bill and I are very close, you see. I'm afraid if you harm him, you'll have to pay a very steep toll."

The goon's scream was cut short, before it even had the chance to escape his lips. Odd's Cubone, Beat, had struck him down with Double Edge from behind. So distracted had the man been that he'd failed to hear the sounds of multiple Pokeballs opening. "Good job, Beat." Odd praised, rubbing the Cubone's skull affectionately as he picked up the goon's gun. It was a limited edition Luger Long Barrel. Very rare and very expensive. "I'm going to keep this, thank you very much." He said to his victim as his illusion dropped, his voice returning to it's normal sound. He didn't normally try to change the sound of it(it had to be done physically since his illusions only altered appearance.)

"Let's go find Lykas and Veronica now." The Channeler was already sounding tired. That illusion had taken a lot out of him. He was used to holding simple ones for a long time but one like that was a lot harder. Cadenza and Beat both followed after their master as he started searching the rows of machines for his comrades, thinking to himself that he should ask Sub about letting him hang on to that gun he'd just claimed.

"Freeze!" A police officer said, sending a Staryu out. Allen smiled. At least he couldn't get shot. Plus, Beck would obey since this wasn't one of the mob. "Rapid Spin!"

"Zest?"

Suddenly his Magby would whip out a ThunderPunch, catching the water type off guard. "Nicely done, now use-" he said, although she was soon hit with a Water Gun. The police officer raised his badge. "Great, an upright one. Beck?"

At that moment the two trainers would be covered in smoke, giving Allen time to return both Pokemon before jumping the fence into Bill's yard.

She pulled back, momentarily frightened, but the hybrid hadn't followed to attack her and -actually, wasn't that the hybrid from before? "Oh.. Who are you again?" Veronica felt clueless. Ah, wait- Her Jellicent soon followed up and used Water Pulse to put out a few of the machines along the way. The lights started to flicker.
PostPosted: Sun May 26, 2013 8:46 pm

"Name's Lykas." Lykas introduced to Veronica. He was positive they'd worked together at some point but it would be easy to not recognize someone who had gone through such a drastic change as becoming a hybrid. "I'm a member of Snagem, same as you." He added after a moment, giving a glance tot he machines around them.

It didn't look like these were Bills. And if they were, they clearly weren't part of the PC network or mainframe. "Looks like we've reached an impasse." He noted as he watched the girl's Jellicent work it's magic. "I really hope those aren't important machines." He said as he rubbed his chin, trying to figure out what was going on.

Odd, on the other hand, had nothing to worry about. He recalled Beat to his ball and signaled to Cadenza to follow him, stowing his new toy in his belt in order to free his hands. In an attempt to catch up faster, he tried phasing through the the machines, though he found that he kept snagging on the gun. It wouldn't phase with him, for some reason. Maybe it was because it still had it's previous owner's energy all over it so his couldn't affect it properly but regardless of the reason, he finally decided to simply go around the machines.

Cadenza followed after his trainer until the two caught up with Lykas and Veronica. "Hold this." He told Lykas as he handed him the gun he'd swiped and headed over to one of the machines, releasing Beat. The little Cubone was just in case Veronica's Jellicent failed in it's current methods.

It seemed to be working, though, so he held Beat back until the machines shut down. It didn't take long and once they did, the path was clear once more and he claimed his gun back from Lykas before he headed into the next area, keeping himself ready for anything.

"Are they even bothering to find them?"

"Doesn't look like it."

"I'm not waiting much longer."

"You take him out before we get those Eevee back and we're dead. Bill's our bargaining chip and the Boss won't like it if we screw this up."

The group of thugs were just out of sight but clearly not far ahead of them. "I'm telling you those Eevee are long gone. If they were turned over to the Police, they were probably sent to a Daycare and dispersed to passing trainers already."

"Quiet, you! I don't care if they were or weren't. If they want you out of here in one piece, they'll get us every single one of them and bring them back to us."
