STORY SO FAR

Okay. So there's this guy that is simply known as the shrouded one. Early on humanities history he found out how to live forever and give himself special ablities, as well as to pass these traits on to others. For reasons only known to himself he decided to make others like him. Throughout history he found people that he believed were worthy, usually warriors or people with brilliant minds, and granted them the gift of immortality on this earth. In addition to immortality they were made 100 times stronger 200 times faster and 50 times smarter than even the strongest, fastest, and smartest of people, and he also gave them three special ablities of their choosing. Now about thirty percent of these people wanted to use their powers to enslave or just completely wipe out the human race, while another thirty percent chose to try and help protect the human race, and the rest didn't really care which way or the other. Those that sought to protect the humans gathered together and formed an organization called SHIELD simply because they act as a giant shielf for the human race. Now after their first couple hundred encounters they saw the need to fight secretely to prevent the humans from interfering and causing problems for both sides.(I mean it is hard to fight the enemy if those pesky humans keep getting in your way right!?) Anyway, rather recently there has been a change in the evil immortals tactics. They seem to be getting bolder and attacking more frequently and they also appear to be getting more powerful. Something is going on and it's up for the members of SHIELD to find out what, and soon, or risk watching the human population dwindle to zero before their very eyes...

bio(history): born in Sparta Greece before Rome took over Jake was trained to be a warrior and to be very efficient in combat. He also became part of the Spartan elite not long before the infamous battle with the Persians. Being part of the 300 he took part in that legendary battle and was mortally wounded. That's around the time a man covered in a cloak that hid all his features appeared and offered him eternal life. Not wanting to have to endure the pain Jake hastily accepted. Now Jake was the among the last of the gunie pigs this shrouded man tested his ablility on before perfecting it and as a result Jake was made a hundred times stronger, faster, and smarter than most of the other immortals out there. Jake also requested the ability to teleport, move things with his mind, and to control fire. Not long after the deal was made Jake regretted it. He found adjusting to his new strength and speed rather hard and as a result lived outside of civilization as an outcast until he could control it without accidently killing someone or leaving them behind in the dust. He also tries to avoid making friends that aren't immortals because he has trouble dealing with the heartache that comes with outliving a close friend. He has spent his life learning as much as he can and becoming proficient in several fighting styles, and is a whiz and building stuff. He still prefers to spend most of his time alone. He was at one point a part of SHIELD but left soon after he found corruption within its ranks and left and found that five people(3 men 2 girls) from his original team followed him. These five people are his closest and dearest friends. He also has a tendency to hallucinate at times.

Biography: Ruche never took an interest in a war between peoples. However because she doesn't have an interest in war doesn't mean she doesn't partake in it. Although Ruche is marked as neutral she works for both sides. She is more like a mercenary, working little jobs for either side to earn herself a little side cash. Ruche has no interest in sticking with either side or helping out with major things, she is just in this for herself as she had always just looked out for herself. Ruche is highly trained in all fields, though she prefers to use her sword she is also stealthy and uses that to her advantage as well. Due to her line of work Ruche has given up any worthless emotions such as sorrow and regret, she also refuses to believe in love. All love leads to is heartbreak and despair, it's also a big distraction.

She lives in the shadows of society, using magic as her aid to live as different people. She wanted to live a peaceful life and has something of her own agenda, that is why she did not choose a side. Even though she is loyal only to herself, she welcomes the people of both sides and gives them advice

Her eyes are sky blue and she often has on black eyeliner to emphasize them. She always hides herself in a long black cloak that covers up whatever she has on underneath it, which is usually black trousers, combat boots, and a black tank top.
Black clothing is all she ever wears because it makes it easier to blend in with the shadows.

bio: No one knows exactly what Raven was before she became immortal. Some say she's always been there, keeping to the shadows and only showing herself at only the most opportune moments. Raven is a very dark and mysterious character. She doesn't claim any side in the war, preferring to seclude herself in her cave hidden deep in the mountains. There she lives off the land and leaves other residents of the mountain alone.

bio: Similarly to her powers Krystal has an ice cold heart, she does not care for anyone and sometimes not even for herself. The cut and bruises on her body were remnants of how much she cared for herself, which is very little. Krystal also tried to rid of her own life once by jumping off a cliff. This was the moment where she knew there was something different about her, the minute Krystal got closer to the harsh crashing waves of the river bank, the river calmed and ushered her to safety. The waves and river currents were under her control, in her teenage years, Krystal thought the power was an extraordinary ability to possess. But she soon realize that she could use the powers to harm those who have treated her badly in her past. This marks the day that Krystal gave no care for the world or the residents in it.

bio:Larry is the most recent immortal to have been created. He was made only ten years ago and is a loyal follower of the shrouded one. Even before being made an immortal Larry just loved causeing chaos and destruction everywhere he went. So when the shrouded one offered him the ability to potentially never die he grabbed at the opportunity greedily. He then found out about the shrouded one's plans for the destruction of all of humanity and jumped on board. He is also about twice as strong and fast as most immortals.

it was a long cold rainy winter night. the wind was howling as trees threatened to snap in half under the mighty force of the storm. The power has been out for three hours now and yet there is a light in the top left window of a house. As people walk past they wonder what could possibly be causing the light in the window. Little do they know that poor innocent Bob is staring at the screen of his near dead laptop simply waiting for just one more person to join his awesome rp.

Jake lay on his stomach in the tree line of a forest wearing a cloak covered in splotches of different shades of green and grey, looking through his goggles at the building he was going to infiltrate. It wasn't a very big house, more of a cottage really. Jake already took the time to find and examine the floor plan. It was only made up of a decent size kitchen, a small living room, as well as one bedroom and one bathroom. However that didn't stop the owner, a middle age man by the name of John White, from throwing a party and inviting about fifty people. They were all outside dancing, drinking, or just chatting. Jake had absolutely no idea what the party was for but knew he had to find a way to take out John and be long gone before anyone even noticed what had happened. Taking out his target wouldn't be all that hard, he could easily send an arrow through John's heart from this distance, he was about a hundred yards from the house, and not so much as scratch another person's clothing. It was doing it without the other party guests noticing. He didn't want some one to find where the arrow came from and come chacing after him. He decided that he would have to wait until John seperated from the main body of people before he took the shot, this way it would be at least five minutes before anybody decided to go looking for John. He quietly slipped away to gather his long bow and quiver of arrows that he left at a tree about ten yards away while he went to scout out what was happening at the house.

After Jake got his bow and quiver of arrows he went back to his vantage point. However instead of laying prone as before he simply knelt down. He wasn't too worried about being spotted, his cloak helped to make sure of that. He spotted another person approach the cottage. "Great yet another person that could potentially ruin this brilliantly simple plan of mine..." he muttered quietly to himself. He thought, not for the first time, about just delaying until tomorrow when everyone would be gone to kill John. But he couldn't afford the extra delay. He knew what very little others did. Dispite appearances John was actually loaded with cash. Like imagine how much cash the richest guy on the planet has and multiply it by three and you have a good idea of how much cash John has. The only reason nobody knows about it is because John get's paid mostly in cash with a very small bit of it going into his bank account. Jake still had no idea where all the cash was hidden at but he did know the source of all of it. For at least five years now John has been supplying Jakes enemies with information and weapons. In exchange they would pay him large sums of money in cash and writing out a check just large enough to make John seem like an average citizen who makes a living doing odd jobs for people. Jake only found out about this a month or two ago and decided that getting rid of John would be an easy way to hinder the abilities of his enemies. He also toyed with the idea of interrigating John to find out what he knew, but Jake knew that John would simply lie and end up dead anyway. At least killing John saved Jake a lot of time and energy.
