This is the Lycan Ruling House, where the Royal Families live.
There is a small town, several large manor houses, and a larger castle. Each manor house is the ancestral house of one of the Royal families. The castle is the home of the Ruling Family, chosen long ago for their neutrality to keep peace between the other Families.
The castle is also, traditionally, the home of the Executioner. The one that passes judgment on the Royal Families. it is usually the strongest warrior of them all. But there has been a change this time. For the Executioner is not a Lycan at all, but a Vampire that all Lycans have come to fear above all....
