There comes a time during the natural course of events when we have to look back on things and make adjustments to fit the current rules and rulings of the guild as it sits. As such, our first step to ensure member and mod alike, are in compliance with these rules, please resubmit your custom weapons/items below for re-approval.

Hard Locked, Non-Negotiable
• Extra Activations: Custom jutsu and weapons may not provide the user with extra activations under any circumstances.
•Reductions Custom jutsu may not provide any chakra or stamina reductions to the user. Custom weapons may only provide a lowering of five chakra or stamina, with a minimum cost of five chakra or stamina. Crafted weapons will be allowed to reduce a cost by 10 chakra or stamina, with a minimum cost of five chakra or stamina.
• DR Customs techniques and weapons cannot give passive DR increase.
• Passives Custom jutsu can only have passive abilities if the user has them on a triggering effect. This means that while the passive is not active it is of no cost to the user, but once it is active it takes the cost from the user in chakra and / or stamina
• Auto-Hit Custom jutsu and weapons cannot auto-hit
• Kai Custom jutsu and weapons cannot make genjutsu unbreakable by kai
• Custom Styles or Bloodlines Custom jutsu and weapons cannot grant the user a custom style or Bloodlines
• DR Active Increases Custom jutsu and weapons cannot increase DR in multiplicative intervals
• Bloodline Custom jutsu and weapons cannot relate to the abilities of a bloodline unless they are a member of that bloodline
• Genjutsu Recognition Custom jutsu and weapons cannot create any technique which allows them to recognize that they are in a genjutsu
• Pet Chakra Customs jutsu, with the exception of combination transformation techniques, cannot allow the user to take chakra or stamina from their pet. Custom weapons cannot do so under any circumstances.
• Guild Systems Custom weapons or jutsu cannot circumvent guild systems.
• Emotional Influx Customs cannot be influenced by emotions in order for them to be more or less effective.
• Percentages Customs cannot use percentages to increase their defenses or offenses.
• Disciplines & Classes Customs cannot copy the abilities of disciplines or classes the user does not have.

Soft-Locked, Negotiables:
• DR Active Boost Customs can only give the following stat increases per rank applied:
E-Slight
D-Mild
C-Moderate
B-Heavy
A-Greatly
S-supremely
S+ - Double Supreme
In addition, custom jutsu or weapons cannot give the user DR bonuses which exceed their body rank.
• DR Min-Maxing Customs can allow more than one benefit or to exceed the rank restrictions if penalties are applied.
• Chakra and Stamina Storage Techniques can only store chakra or stamina. They can also only do so for a specific purpose or as a reservoir for a particular technique. The maximum amount, however, is 160 of either.
• Chakra and Stamina Regeneration Customs can only increase chakra or stamina regeneration outside of combat, or during combat when the user is not using any of their activations aside from the regeneration technique.
• Style Jutsu Custom jutsu and weapons cannot give you the abilities of a style without being part of a style under usual circumstances. Examples are allowed, however.
• Duration Customs are not generally to be permanent. Exceptions are allowed dependent on the nature of the custom, such as fuuin.

• Only those of [ Chuunin ] rank and above are allowed to create a custom weapon.
• At [ Jounin ] rank, you are allowed to make a second custom weapon. ( After two [2], no more custom weapons can be made. )
• Each custom weapon you make counts as two [2] of your own [ custom jutsu slots. ]
• When creating your weapon, please stay away from "Space/Time" and "Gravity" manipulation.
• When creating your weapon, please consider the guild's [ history, ] and the workings of the Naruto Universe.
• Custom weapons cannot be given away or traded. ( Unless the person accepting the weapon has enough custom jutsu slots to make it his/her own weapon. )

Weapon Name: Wabisuke
Weapon Type: Katana --With an odd square edge--

Weapon Range: Mid-Range
Weapon Weight: 13 lbs

Special Properties: The indefinite ability of Wabisuke is weight enhancement. If anything is struck by the blade edge of Wabisuke (Whether it be inanimate or animate) that thing is doubled in weight instantly. This doesn't stop there for if Wabisuke were to hit it a second time the weight would once again be doubled, making this ability extremely useful. Each time the weight of a thing is enhanced it saps Apollo of --5-- chakra. Once a certain person is hit by Wabisuke enough times they will bow before it and this will leave Apollo ready to use the odd edge on the blade, becoming a guillotine to finish the battle.


Weapon Name: Senbonzakura
Weapon Type: Katana

Weapon Range: Mid-Range
Weapon Weight: 12 lbs

Special Properties: The basis of Senbonzakura's form isn't it's steel, but actually what it turns into. Senbonzakura meaning 1000 Cherry Blossoms and just as it is motioned it takes the form of it's name. When needed Apollo pulses his chakra throughout the blade and it breaks down into 1000 small blades but these blades actually reflect light, giving the appearance of cherry blossoms. Once separated from the blade the smaller shards are controlled through wind chakra manipulation and can be used in both a defensive/offensive manner. Every time Apollo wants to shift the blade into it's prime form he must give up --20-- Chakra and that form can be held for 3 posts before either the cost is paid or it turns back into it's regular state. As Apollo continues to get stronger so does this blades power.

Genin: Stated above. Senbonzakura can turn into 1,000 small blades which is controlled by the wielder freely.

Chunin: The time for Senbonzakura's release is increased by a single post and cost payment is taken down by a single post.

Jounin: The blade seems to have achieved an evolution with Apollo getting stronger. Sebonzakura's entire form (Not just the blade) dissipates into the air, creating several larger blades which release, creating millions of shards . Now controlled by Apollo's hands instead of the blade hilt, he seems to have more control of the petals movements. With the increase in sheer number of petals the amount of chakra needed to support it is increased to --30--. The time to pay the cost is still the same.

Anbu: With him reaching this stage Apollo has gained a few more skills. At this point he has created a technique which uses massive chakra manipulation. The millions of petals will quickly form a dome around the area, allowing the fighters inside to engage in pure close quarters combat. Slowly the petals will form four rows of solid blades which Apollo can call upon in battle. With this dome he can truly shine, allowing nothing but fighting head on without worry. This dome costs --40-- chakra to be made and lasts for 5 posts. The cost must be paid on the 5th post and without it the dome will fall, though while inside there is no way out.

1.) Don't say it doubles their weight. Make it so it increases gravity on them or something. Doubling weight just sounds a bit much...
2.) Please make it clear that it actually has to make contact with a person in order for their weight to increase. I'm assuming that if it were to make contact with a person's shirt, it would make their shirt heavier.

Weapon Name: Jigoku-Wajimi (Hellish Emperor)
Weapon Type: Katana

Weapon Range: Mid-Range
Weapon Weight: 12 lbs

Special Properties: Given to him during his training at toad mountain, this blade is said to be comprised from the pits of hell itself. An all black katana, about 14-inches in length, having a huge resistance to flames of any sort. Its special ability and extreme property is when flame chakra is channeled. A layer of black fire then takes hold of the blade surface, though one could only notice it through Doujutsu or being cut by the blade itself. When the fire is activated the blades cutting power increases ten-fold, allowing Apollo to cut through (Almost) anything. Naturally being that it's base element is fire the blade has the ability to absorb flames around it and make itself stronger.

--Costs--
-- 10 Chakra every 3 posts the flames are active.
-- When fire is absorbed the blade gets an additional x2 increase in cutting power for 3 posts.


Weapon Name: Wajimi Hyojimon (Emperors Supreme Hammer)
Weapon Type: Katana

Weapon Range: Mid-Range
Weapon Weight: 125 lbs

Special Properties: Given to him during his training at toad mountain, this blade is said to have been taken from the earth itself and remade into an object. An odd tarnish color, about the same color as Apollo's eyes and the steel seems to be made of gold. In fact the entire hilt is embedded with jewels, making this blade not only a help in battle but something nice to look at here and there. It's prime ability is it's weight and how it is used. When fighting Apollo has the ability to increase the weight or decrease the weight of the blade through chakra control and this can be done through split second timing. The utmost weight the blade can take on is 25 tons and as Apollo gets stronger so will his ability to hold this weapon.

--Costs--
-- 5 Chakra per weight change.
--Genin- 500 lbs is the utmost weight it can go up to
--Chunin- 1 ton is the utmost weight it can go up to.
--jounin- 10 tons is the utmost weight it can go up to.
--Anbu-- 20 tons is the utmost weight it can go up to.
--Kage/Sanin- 25 tons is the weights limit.

Both disapproved, try to make Blades with 'normal' special abilities.
I am sure you have seen Naruto, keep it within the Naruto realm.
Overpowered swords are for Bleach guilds.

Okay I'll use your first sword as an example.
Your first one would be a Bleach sword aka the God Sword.
A 'normal' special ability would have a sword either, ignite into flames increasing its cutting power, or allow it to shoot flames.
One or the other, not both. A 'normal' special ability.

Description: Given to him during his training at the toad mountains, this blade is said to have been crafted with flames straight from hell itself. Composed of completely black steel, this katana stretches an impressive 14-inches in length, and boasts a massive resistance to heat.
Its main attribute is its ability to wrap itself in a black flame, when additional fire chakra is fed to it. This black flame, although powerful, is very thin, making it nearly impossible to see. Only those with extreme focus can see the flames; but those foolish enough to try and view the dark fire are more likely to feel its searing heat.
While active, the burning blade is able to cut through most any metal.
Additionally, because of this ability, Jigoku-Wajimi is able to absorb incoming Katon [ Fire ] techniques to fuel its flame.

Ability Summary:
• Fire chakra needed to activate.
• While active: [10] chakra absorbed every 3 posts.
• When absorbed: Free fire lasts 3 posts.

Aside you referring to it as a sword through most of your description, I still have to say no.
The ability to change its weight like that is just a no-no.

Weapon Name: Waijimi-Kyuusuko-kana ((Emperors Quick Blade))
Weapon Type: Kodachi

Weapon Range: 18 inches
Weapon Weight: 10 lbs

Description: Given to him during his training at the Toads Mountain, this blade seems to have been crafted from the winds which run across this world. This is said because of the blades weight, which is much lighter than normal nodachi. The length of the blade is ridiculous which is why the Toads tossed it aside as a weapon. Once found by Apollo however he knew the blades true potential instantly. The blades name is a hint to it's ability, which is simply how fast you can swing the blade. Through use of Fuuton (Wind) chakra, the user has the ability to raise the speed of the weapons swing to extreme heights, making it invisible to the human eye. Mastering the speed of the swing takes time and Apollo is just now getting a grasp of the blades ability.

Ability Summary:
•Wind (Fuuton) Chakra needed to activate.
•Swings move extremely fast. Only someone with a Doujutsu or a Rank Higher could properly dodge EVERY swing.
•Swing Increase can go on as long as the user wants, though every two posts active 15 chakra is paid.
•Swing speed is the users speed 1 Rank higher.
