Disappearing in a blur of motion, Karuto struck. He seemed to vanish from where he was and reappear next to one of the bandits. Grabbing the man by the neck he smashed him into the rocky ground. Grinning as he locked at his remaining three, he spoke "If you wanna get out of this you'll have to kill us. Give it your best shot" The other three drew short blades and advanced, apparently thinking numbers would give them the advantage. 3/5
Three times zero was still zero. Karuto played with them, dancing backwards as the fumbled in their attempts to stab him. He dropped one with a side chop to the temple and yet another with a straight punch to the sternum. As cowards always did, the last one tried to run. He humored the man and let him get a little ways away before moving into action and cutting him off. He stood between the man and exit, arms crossed "You're not going anywhere" 4/5
With a quick kick to the man's knee, his leg buckled inwards. Karuto shortly thereafter knocked him out to quiet the man's howls of pain. Gathering up all his enemy combatants, he drug them outside and awaited Hideo to do the same. This mission wasn't all that hard, but he would have failed had he not had the Hyuuga. He could have looked for 100 years but he never would have found this place. Guess everyone does have their strengths and weaknesses 5/5

๑๑๑๑As Kaurto moved to the right, Hideo dashed into the left simultaneously throwing the kunai straight into the collarbone of a man trying to unsheath a short sword from his left leg. As he screamed out in pain Hideo ducked as a man swung from to the right of his back, seemingly attempting to hit him while his back was turned. Instead however, he struck the man in front of the boy who managed to stagger back in time to receive only a shallow gash across his chest. Sending to open palms into the sternum of the man in front of him however, the strike sent him off of his feet and knocked the wind out of him quickly, forcing him to pass out. 3/5
Turning quickly to face the man who was behind him, the young genin grabbed with his left hand the kunai he'd stuck in the man to his left now earlier, ripping it from the would and bringing it up over his head to block yet another blow from the thief who seemed intent on not playing fair. As the two metal weapons clashed, sparks were emitted as the man's balance was thrown off by the block. Rushing forward Hideo struck with his free hand, the sound of ribs snapping audibly echoing in their corner as he staggered backwards and fell. With a sweeping kick, he took out the man he'd retrieved his kunai from, sending his body spinning into some crates. 4/5
Wiping his kunai on his bandage and sheathing it his thin body sped forward into the last man standing who had been fumbling to get a bolt into a crossbow while Hideo had been distracted. Getting a shot off at the last second, his shaky aim made moving out of the way somewhat easy as the Hyuga struck both his collar bones with an open palm, internal snapping being heard again as the man screamed in pain about his arms. Pulling them out two at a time, Hideo tied the four together with rope from inside the cave, no doubt stolen from the suna shinobi munitions store. Dusting his hands off, Hideo looked at the bruised and battered group and shook his head. "Do yourselves a favor and hire some muscle next time." 5/5
Looking to Karuto Hideo stretched and sighed a bit. "Well, once we get close to town I'll flag down a courier hawk and a team will be out here to retrieve these guys. From the looks of it, they won't be able to get anyway if they try."

As Zhi was ready to leave she would find a pumpkin in front of her. The pumpkin was carved and the flickers of a candle burned within it. Assuming she stopped to noticed it, she would then notice the pumpkin slightly moving from left to right. It only lasted a few seconds, however, before the jack-o-lantern exploded. From a building nearby Zhi could sense a chakra source which had the same signature as the exploding pumpkin. He looked down at her from upon his horse, but he didn’t look down per say. No, as on top of the horse in a black suit of armor the ominous figure had no head to speak of! So of course he couldn’t look down at her. Could he?

It was a shame, a crying shame that so many pumpkins had been spread through the Village. After realizing the perp was trying to throw her off their tail, Bast took a wide berth around her planned patrol route and wound up in the developed lands. There, sitting in the middle of the road, was a shiny new pumpkin ripe for the taking. In the distance she heard the sound of a blast, but figured it was some new paper bomb configuration being researched, so she went off on her merry way.

__ Zhi paused as she was about to take off, the pumpkin she stumbled upon suddenly began to flicker with chakra. But the chakra burnt inwardly like a lit candle wick. Something was definitely off about it. Her hands subtly came together with her back to the other source of chakra that took form out of thin air like a ghost. The last seal was finished just as the pumpkin's chakra burst, causing it to explode. The fire and smoke would be forced to clear. Zhi wasn't really sure what happened, but she was glad her Shield of Wind technique would at least protect her from harm, for now. "Whoa... not the kind of trick I was expecting!" She sighed for a moment and looked over her should back at the black-armored figure mounted atop the powerful looking warhorse. "Aaaauweaaahht?" H-how could that be? Where was she gonna find a bridge to run across so that couldn't come and take her head!? Zhi wanted to run away, but she felt an impairing sense of fear root her feet in place.
