What was that music? Did this place have a speaker phone system? Taylor was intrigued and not at all noticing the danger coming for him. It wasn’t until Horus screeched, however, that Taylor knew something was wrong. It was a warning screech, one that signaled an oncoming threat. Instinctively the boy leaped off his seat and rolled to the side. His eyes widened as the shark chewed through the bench he sat on. “What the-?!” He asked both confused and alarmed. He had never seen a shark before, so the sight of it delayed his reaction. Once the creature sank back into the ground, however, Taylor drew forth a kunai and clenched it in his right hand. His eyes darted left to right, trying to find the monster. Where was he now?

As the shark sank down into the ground once more, the music faded out and began anew. There was no sign of the shark, but the presence of the ominous music was certainly evidence that the danger was not yet done. A shark fin would briefly peek out of the ground some distance behind Taylor before diving under once more. The fin would once again surface just as the ground began to move under the boy's feet, ferrying him directly toward it. As he drew close, the music would once again come to a crescendo and the shark would rear its head to take a chomp large enough to mar the very land itself!
((Not gonna lie, I googled "horror movie monster" and Jaws was the second result. XD))
Techniques Used:
Sameton: Renzoku Fushou'on no Jutsu! [ Shark Style: Continuous Ominous Sound Technique! ] (S+). Tsuchi Tou Tou [ Swift Earth ] (D). Shark Style: Grand Chomp (B, Simple).
There it goes. That music was once again signalling some kind of danger. This time Taylor was sure that the threat was looming. He had to think fast in order to end it. Taylor waited for the music to get closer to the point of climax. He scanned with his eyes the area around him. There were two walls which he could scale. He needed Horus. "Groundhog!" Taylor shouted toward his partner. The bird understood as he swooped around and flew toward Taylor, although keeping himself twenty feet above the ground. When the music was ready to climax, Taylor jumped. The shark's teeth just grazed the boy's sweater as he leaped from one wall to the next. He then shot himself to the back of his partner as Horus shot down a ball of lightning, flapping his wings to keep himself in place while using the flapping to mimic handseals. The ball of lightning was one naturally faster than the rank Horus used it, and was aimed at where the shark raised his head. Hopefully the two could shock this beast and get it to a place where it was easy to pick off.

Threat level: high. Evasion: impossible. The shark got nothing but a mouthful of dirt and a hearty zap to the schnoz for its time, without even a "No thank you, sir!" Though the shock would normally be enough to take down all but the fiercest foes, the lad would find that this shark was just such an enemy. After taking a moment to clear its head, it dove back down, but this time the music came to a head almost immediately! The beast leaped from the earth toward the lad and his bird. Its body was coated in stony needles and its enormous fanged maw would only need a graze to bring this airborn kiddo to the ground, such was the might of this prodigious shark!
Techniques Used:
Shark Style: Recovering from a Nasty Shock Jutsu! Sekkai Senbon Hada [ Stone Needle Skin ] (C) Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu [ Double Suicide Decapitation Technique ] (D)
Taylor did not get paid enough for this. The shark jumped out of the land. If this was a movie, then he would assume a massive tornado would take up the shark, along with hundreds of other sharks, and launch them into a whirlwind of death and cheap special effects. Unfortunately, this was not one such case. Instead, Taylor channeled chakra through his weapon. The use of such was to allow him to utilize ninjutsu without the use of handseals. After molding his chakra, an explosion of air shot against the shark inbetween it and the bird rider. The air bubble was designed to knock the shark out of the air and to fall upon the ground. To help him, Horus utilized the benefits of United We Stand to amplify the power of the technique. Then, once the shark was falling to the ground, Horus took the initiative. Electric hummingbirds fell from his wings as they chased the shark back to the ground. They aimed for different parts of the body as they hoped to electrocute to the point of death.

The shark recoiled with a great, sharky squeak as the air blast went off in its mouth and it fell to the ground with a heavy thud. The hummingbirds would swoop down and give the jumbo fish a good shock, only for its spiny skin to fall away afterward. The beast lived, and what's more, now it was angry. The gaseous burst had enraged it, and now it was time for its counterattack. It dove back underground, spraying pebbles up at the flying duo as it went. Its fin would once again appear, but this time its head was not what rose up, but its tail instead! A great, earthy thwap launched a barrage of boulders up toward the sky, none of them aimed particularly well but all potentially devastating should the lad get hit and knocked out of the sky.

Horus was agitated. This shark was being annoying. His wings swiped away the minor pebbles in one giant sweep. As the shark’s tail rose, Taylor formulated his next plan. “Cover me.” He said as he looked at an adjacent street lamp. It should do. Taylor leaped off the bird. Horus struggled to rebalance himself, but he used the flaps to steady himself in order to also mold chakra. Another swarm of hummingbirds shot off in electrical sparks to combat the boulders. Lightning versus earth allowed Taylor his opening to land by the poll, the kunai in his grip dropped as he switched it for his signature chain scythe. As he was landing, he turned in the air and quickly held the end with the sickle by the chain with ten feet of length. He spun it swiftly before he shot his arm forward toward the tail. He was tired of this shark having the element of surprise. It was time for Taylor to go fishing. With the speed and power he threw the sickle, his goal was to pierce the creatures limb and prohibit him moving away. The moment Taylor landed he furthered the binding by wrapping the weighted end part of his weapon onto the pole. This caused Taylor to be hovering in the middle, as his right arm was extended out to follow the path of the sickle while his left arm wrapped around the pole, and his weapon was tied around the base. Taylor used act of three climbing, however, to make sure he didn’t slide down the pole. He needed to hold the shark up toward the surface. Horus circled around and hovered facing Taylor. Now more than ever, it was feeding time,

The shark was hooked! It wriggled and writhed and tried to pull free, but Taylor had hooked it right in its precious tail. Pebbles were launched every which way as it tried to change course only to be suffer at the blade of the kusarigama. Eventually its thrashing managed to reorient it in a way that it could move, and boy did it: as soon as it got a tiny bit of slack, it tried to shoot downward, spraying a torrent of dirt, sand, and mud directly upward.
Success! The two had the fish caught. Now it was time to end this. “Tiro Finale Horus!” Taylor shouted. Horus moved in between his partner and the beast as he channeled the molding of chakra through his wing beats. He called upon Taylor for aid in the amount of chakra for this one hit. When the monster tried to dodge and release the mud river, the bird struck. A massive ball of lightning chakra fired off. It was the strongest the two could muster together, which allowed to easily pierced through the mud. It’s goal was to collide with the shark and end it now.

Like it came from a true magical boy in all his splendor, Taylor's Tiro Finale tore through the tumbling earth and burnt through the shark. There was little the beast could do to resist, and it quickly evaporated in the heat from the attack. Oddly, the damage it had wrought on its humble surroundings also vanished like a mirage with the beast's passing, leaving only a single bronze key on the ground behind it. The Skeleton King's location was now known to the bird and the boy.
Taylor smiled as the shark faded from existence. He lowered himself from his pole as Horus descended by himself. When he returned his chain scythe to his belt, he bent down and picked up the key. The information then told him where to go next, although it also specified that four were required to open the door. "Horus. You go to the Eternal Rain Forest and see if anyone else has gathered there. I'm going to go and try look for anyone else who went pumpkin hunting." Taylor said as the bird nodded. With a triumphant flap the bird took off, and Taylor went off also.

Theo laughed a bit more, he wasn’t quite sure why, but even if the early wake up call was annoying, he’d had fun this past day with Yoshi,even if it got broken up a bit by training with Hikaru and the relevant mental stress of that. Smirking to himself when she claimed there was no such thing as too much booze, “There kinda is when you’re throwing yourself around the mat and walk farther side to side than forward when trying to go somewhere” he’d say to himself, when she claimed she could ride him any time, his cheeks got a little pinker as he laughed, “Phrasing...” he’d say chuckling as she climbed onto his back and hooked her legs into his hips, her arms more lightly around his neck and shoulders. Standing up, he’d reach back and support her weight with his hands, them landing maybe a bit more on her butt than he really meant to, but he didn’t really react to it himself.
After a few minutes of wandering the village, the sake and whisky kind of effecting his sense of direction a bit, he’d finally arrive at the enclosed hot spring. Heading into the front lobby, he’d check them in and pay the entry fee before letting Yoshi down off his back, “here’s your towels, there’s the women’s changing room that way.” He’d say as he handed her the couple big fluffy towels and a pair of sandals. Taking his own set, he’d throw the towels over his shoulder and stroll into the men’s changing room. Once he was inside, he’d quickly strip out of his clothes and take a quick shower before wrapping the towel around his hips and sliding on the sandals before heading out to the large spring.

6’2”, 250lbs solid muscle,white hair to his mid back, held back by his Suna headband with heterochromic blue and green eyes. Wearing thermal insulated leather armor, dyed black, with patches of dull silver metal on the chest, upper back, and upper arms. A pair of steel arm guards and steel backed gloves,all painted black with a dark blue lining. Black boots, a pair of 30” broadswords hanging from his hips. The skin on the inside of his forearms, if visible, is covered in small seals. Over all his armor, generally hiding it,he wears a baggy sleeved black robe with dark blue trim and a black armored cowl hood.
"Aw, psssh." Was the only response Yoshi had about the whole thing if there's such thing as too much alcohol or not. His hands were supporting her a** as she smirked and leaned into his ear, "Enjoying that handful?" She teased. After letting her down she nodded as she walked into the women's changing room. "This ain't my first rodeo." She took another swig and took the bottle with her to the changing room. Undressed, she almost fell over as she started to giggle nonstop. Once she placed her clothes onto the bench, she made her way towards the shower to rinse real quick and then headed to the springs with no robe. She had nothing to hide. Placed the bottle by the springs so they can continue to enjoy, "CANNOBALL!" shouted the white-haired female to the empty springs as she jumped into it, splashing water everywhere.

Theo’s face would redden slightly when she whispered in his ear about enjoying the handful, but he did his best to ignore it. Thankfully his face was already fairly red from the alcohol they’d had that evening. When he walked out of the changing room to the large bath, he couldn’t help but laugh when he saw the splash of Yoshi doing a cannonball into the pool, no towel, robe or anything. Walking over to the edge in time for her to surface, “Nice cannonball.” He’d say with a laugh as he kicked the sandals off and stepped into the pool, sitting on the edge for the time being as his eyes looked around the enclosure before glancing over Yoshi. After a minute or so, he stood and removed his own towel, diving into the pool and swimming a lap or two quickly before returning to one of the seats along the side, resting against the wall of the pool with his arms on the ledge. “Ahhh... I haven’t been here in a good while... I need to do this more often...” he’d say quietly.

Yoshi smiled as she flipped her hair back and stood up, the water was hiding the waist down. "Thanks." She replied to him as she finds a spot to sit down while Theo does his thing. Now the water was up to her shoulders as she worked on getting her hair into a bun. When she finished she tilted her head back and glanced at the stars. Her fingers went up to the sky as she started to slowly dot the constellations that were in the sky and started to remember where she was on the map and where different things would be according to the stars. She also enjoys the constellations because of the stories they tell. The quiet of the night helped Yoshi hear Theo as she frowned, lowered her hand for a moment. "So, that means I'm not the only one that's all work and no play?" Yoshi smirked towards him.
