Description: Thanks to Bast and the hordes of ANBU typically located at the Gates, the villagers have been evacuated to the Office, the Tea Shoppe's roof, and the upper-tiers of the Crevice. The flood is receding, with the following areas destroyed: ANBU&Oinin HQ, Training Grounds, Academy, Hot Springs, Yoshimitsu Compound, Didrika's Kiosk, and Howaido's Apartment. The following areas are waterlogged and/or require major repair: Crevice, Fountain, Shopping Superdome, Residential District, VOID HQ, Eternal Rain Forest. The following are largely unaffected: Kazekage's Office, Tea Shoppe, Hospital, Developed Lands, Library, Miyamoto Bast's House.
Flooding remains in: Sand Village Roads (3 Northern Routes), Border Outpost's Feeling&Sight rooms, and Rouran's Southern District and labyrinth.

Description: The Strategic mission command has been absorbed by the CIA, going under the fact that the departments would work much better as a single department.
The first part of the Chunin Exams and Jounin Evaluations are now open.
You will be asked to, in roleplay form: • Venture from [ Ikebana Village ] to [ Autumn Country. ] • Describe your entry and starting of the tests. ( Simply control the proctor to get your test. ) • Print your name on the height of the scroll, and sign on the final section. • On the back of the provided scroll, sign your name again, in brush and ink.

Description: I'll be out of town until the 25th or so. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. For roleplay purposes, as far as anyone in the Office knows, Bast is out on a crusade to get some ink for her pens and has left all of her personal summoning seals at her residence. There's a cardboard cutout of her in the Office, and the pens there will take care of basic paperwork needs such as giving out missions C-Rank and lower. Any and all litterbugs will be dealt with swiftly and harshly when she returns.
