Doc seemed to be getting a little tired. He didn't want to exactly take a nap at the moment, so, he decided it was probably best to do some meditating. Doc sat down where he was and crossed his legs. "Let's get started." He thought to himself. He closed his eyes and thought about his chakra. ((Basic Training: Meditate 1/5))
Doc put his hands together and formed a single hand sign. He needed to be able to feel and move his chakra through his body. He focused on bringing his chakra to his hands and focusing it there. Doc has used a fair bit of chakra before so he should know how to control it through his body. He felt his hands get warmer and realized he had most of his chakra focused to his hands. ((Basic Training: Meditate 2/5))
Now he focused on bringing it to his chest. Doc needed to take it slow or else he could actually mess something up. Bit by bit Doc moved the focused chakra in his hands up in to his chest. His chest started to get warmer now which was a good sign. Being a medical shinobi, being able to control your chakra is crucial. ((Basic Training: Meditate 3/5))
Now to his feet. Doc focused his chakra to his feet. He did the same thing when he moved the chakra from his hands to his chest where he took it all slow. Doc felt the warmth move through his legs this time and warm his feet up. That was a good sign. ((Basic Training: Meditate 4/5))
Now to his head. The last place he wanted to have his chakra go to was his head. This time he needed to get his chakra through his whole body and not just through a limb. He started focusing on his head and bringing his chakra from his feet up. It took some time since he was still going slowly, but eventually his head started warming up. He did a good job making sure he was able to move his chakra around. ((Basic Training: Meditate 5/5 complete))
Doc took all the chakra built up in his head and dispersed it back through out his body. He didn't want his chakra all built up in one place when he stopped. Once his chakra settled, he let his hands go and opened his eyes. He was pleased with his results.

Doc now wanted to learn some more of his clan jutsu's. He already had two picked out and with his memory he didn't need to look at any scroll this time. Doc started focusing his chakra to his hands, just like he did while meditating. He started pulling his shadow to his hands to focus them there. The shadows formed around his hands like black gloves. Doc concentrated and tried focusing on the shadows. He wanted them to turn into points, just like he had blades on his hands. He kept trying but it didn't seem to be working. He released the shadows and they went back to normal. Doc thought to himself about what he could be doing wrong. Then it hit him, he needed to focus on creating points instead of just his hands. He gathered up his chakra in to his hands again. He focused on creating points with the shadows on his hands. The shadows then started forming on his hands in the shape of blades. Doc did it, he managed to create shadow blades. He focused on the blades and made the length of them change around. Testing to see which length of blade he felt more comfortable with. Kaori hit the floor with an 'oomph' as the air was briefly knocked from her lungs. She took in a deep, steady breath and nodded at Knives, "More strength, got it." She said as she looked up at him, slightly pink, "You uh... Have to let me up so I can try again... Unless there's something you mean to teach me like this?" Was she flirting?! She was spending way too much time with Nova.

Knives chuckled before grabbing her hand to help her up and got close to her ear. "No that would be later and not in such a public area." He chuckled before moving back circling around his opponent letting her get ready before launching a few more punches at her way to let her get the right timing and strength needed to do the technique properly.

Kaori blushed crimson, a color highly noticeable on her pale skin, at Knives' words, but lifted her chin and met his eyes squarely. She could do this, and it wasn't like Knives was forcing anything on her, "Don't make promises unless you plan on keeping them." And that was definitely a teasing lilt to her tone, even as she worked to guage the proper amount of force to use with this attack. She really was spending way to much time with Nova. She smiled when she finally managed to properly execute the sweep. "How was that Knives?" She asked with a mirthful grin on her face.

He smiled at her "If you should know anything about me, I keep all my promises, I'd say ask my enemies but well like I said I keep my promises not idle threats." Knives chuckled as he rubbed his chin slightly that had been dampened by the sand that he allowed to coat his skin. "Good good, you've learned. Now attack me again." he commanded, this time however when she came to attack him he would not direct the attack rather he would make a small step in one direction, he went to his right. This move left her entire side open to his blows which he jokingly tapped her with his fists in the shoulder. "One, two. As you can see, you don't always have to redirect your opponent, but sometimes just a slight movement by you can give you the opening."

Kaori smiled slightly as she nodded in understanding, “Alright.” She told him, “I’ll try that now.” She said as she fought a blush at Knives’ words. She took a deep breath and waited for Knives to attack her again. This time she stepped to the side ever so slightly, but it wasn’t enough, especially given how much bigger Knives was than her, and she still got tapped, “Darn it.” She hissed under her breath, she normally was a very fast learner, but Taijutsu just wasn’t her strength. She looked up at him with her large silvery-lavender eyes, “Again, I’ll get this right.” She swore. She was wasting so much of his time, she was starting to feel guilty.

Kaori nodded, a determined glint in her eyes, as she readied herself once more. She followed his movements with her eyes and, at the last second, took a half step to the side and actually managed to avoid Knives’ incoming ‘attack’. She settled back on her heels lightly and prepared for him to come at her again.

Theodin walked into the academy with a slight strut in his step, walking past his dad, she gave him a quick slap on the arm. "Hey Dad, guess who just got promoted to Jounin!" He tried to make sure to say that last it loud enough for his mom to hear as well. "Welp, back to training, I guess.." he said happily as he went a sat with his back in a nearby corner and folded his legs to do some internal chakra training first.

There is Fenris grim His jaws are open wide The serpent rises from the waves Jormungandr twists and turns, mighty in his wrath The eyes are full of primal hate
Siting in the corner, Theodin folded his legs, like he had done several times before. He turned his mind inward as h focused on the circulation of his chakra. He muttered the names to himself as he performed the hand seals. “Tori……I….Inu….Tatsu…” He then split his chakra into 2 portions concentrating them into the tips of his fingers on each hand.
Getting his chakra moving again, Theodin kept his chakra split in to parts, changing them to 2 separate elemental natures and had them circulating in opposing direction throughout his body. He continued “Ushi……Tora…….Mi…….Ne……” and settled his chakra into a churning mass in his heart.
Restarting the flow of his chakra,Theodin continued with his hand seal practice “Uma……Saru…..U…..Hitsuji….” as he recombined all his chakra into one mass and had two natures roating around each other in a double helix throughout his body.
Letting his chakra resume its normal flow, theodin restarted his meditation cycle. He muttered the names to himself as he performed the hand seals. “Tori……I….Inu….Tatsu…” He then split his chakra into 2 portions concentrating them into the tips of his fingers on each hand.
Getting his chakra moving again, Theodin kept his chakra split in to parts, changing them to 2 separate elemental natures and had them circulating in opposing direction throughout his body. He continued “Ushi……Tora…….Mi…….Ne……” and settled his chakra into a churning mass in his heart.

With that finished, he uncrossed his legs and stood up, stretching a little.
Theodin found a training dummy that seemed tough enough to not be destroyed by his jutsu and squared off with it. He thrust one palm towards the dummy and fired a blast of air into his, he followed with his other palm and shot a burst of ice which on impact began to freeze the dummy.
Next he performed a few handsigns and waved his arm in a slashing motion as an arc of cutting wind flew at the dummy, t crashed into it with a crack and left a large slice in the chest of the dummy.
Next Theodin had an idea, he wanted to see how fast he could move in the air if necessary. He performed a handsign and pushed off the ground to take to the air. He slowly flew high into the air, to stay above everyone so he wouldn’t run into anybody. Starting from one corner, Theodin pushed his flight speed to its max, but wasn’t satisfied. He then formed a handseal quickly and pointed both his palms behind him. He felt the wind release from his hands as he shot across the room so fast that he doubted anyone other than a very high ranking ninja or a sharingan user could track him.
Advanced Training: Performance completed (1st)
While still in the air, Theodin had an idea, ..aerial assassination! He flew around behind one of the dummies and hovered while he performed some handsigns. Suddenly his right hand began to crackle with his black lightning as he thrust his left hand behind himself and raced as a blur towards the dummy with his chidori stretched out in front of him. Within a tiny fraction of a second he was elbow deep in the dummy’s back. He smiled and let out an evil chuckle as he pulled his arm free.
Next Theodin reached into the ground with his chakra, looking for a water source, within seconds a column of water broke through the ground and circled around his body before shooting towards the dummy from over his shoulder, soaking it completely. He then quickly formed some handseals and fired a blast of lightning with scorched the dummy to the point that his next hit would probable incinerate it.
For his last combo, he thought of something that’d probably be a one hit slaughter for a whole enemy camp, and would require him to tell his squad to hang back. He exhaled a crackling cloud of chakra from his mouth and two humanoid raiton clones his size formed in a triangle formation with himself at the top. He sent a quick mental signal to the golems and they all waved their arms, pointing their palms at the dummy. Three huge lightning waves collided on the dummy’s position, canceling out near the edged, but super-charging each other at the impact site. There was a massive burst of electricity and Theodin watched the dummy basically atomize as he released his golems.
Advanced Training: Performance completed (2nd)
With that done, Theodin went a recollected his stack of scrolls to began his next round of ninjutsu training.

Knives smiled "Good good. AGAIN!" he said shifting his body and launching at Kaori once again."
He over heard the comments by Theodin 'Jounin already? For crying out loud do we just give these ranks away like candy!?' he thought to himself.

Kaori avoided each of Knives’ attacks, finally managing to get her timing down correctly, even with him being bigger than she was. She looked at him and grinned, “I finally did it!”
When she heard Theodin say that he was jounin she gasped and blinked, 'Jounin already? How? I‘m falling behind.’ Kaori thought, aggravated.

Deciding to start off with one of his bloodlines, Theodin read through the ranton scroll he had and found a jutsu he liked. Seeing that it affected a large area, the walked to the far back corner of the room, well away from everyone else. He focused his chakra and performed the hand seals he saw in the scroll then thrust both of his hands towards a dummy in the corner. Black clouds gathered around his hands and flew towards the dummy, but didn’t do much. (1/7)

A split-second later, the blast crashed into the dummy and began coiling around it, theodin could hear huge jolts of electricity, something very few people would be able to survive. Just as the clouds began to dissipate, theodin made one last handsign he’d seen in the scroll and the clouds whipped up into a tornado of storm clouds, sending lightning shoot in different direction and all within itself.
