Name: Hiraki Kazu Rank: Genin Chakra: 120 Class: Tai-Med ProfileRyo: 両 0 Kazu entered the academy. He was well acquainted with the academy, he headed straight to library. He needed to get scrolls to learn his techniques. He felt so innervated it was ridiculous. Kazu walked through the door way of the Library. He looked for the section on Eseijutsu. He approached it and started going down the line grabbing all of the Scrolls he thought he could comprehend and learn. Kazu walked to a large table and sat all the scrolls down. He had grabbed all of the E Rank, D Rank and some C rank scrolls. He was ready to start.
He unraveled the first scroll. Shindan (Diagnosis) was its title. Kazu read the description to himself. Shindan (Diagnosis) The first step in treatment is understanding the problem. With this skill a shinobi uses their hands to carefully probe a patient for problems. This technique is preformed by kneeling over a patient and slowly running both hands over their body, looking for signs of injury that may not be visible to the naked eye. It can detect things such as internal injury, improper heart rate, non-apparent bone fractures, poisoning, and disease. A ninja of higher rank has learned to use this technique to perform a rudimentary examination of a body to determine cause and time of death. A Genin using this skill takes several minutes of work to determine the nature of a problem, a Chuunin takes less than a minute and a Jounin requires only a few seconds. . He smiled. It seemed easy enough and his parents had raised to understand such elementary things easily. It was simply just molding Yang chakra in Kazu's hands and running it over the user's body to search for things that didn't belong, if anything it was a incredibly focused sensory technique. Kazu simply held his hands up and focused the chakra as the technique described, he immediately got it, there were no problems with this one, it was too basic not to get on the first try.
Shindan (Diagnosis) Learned.
Kazu rolled the scroll back up and started a new pile on the other side of the table. He was going to go through each of these techniques one by one. He grabbed another scroll. This one seemed interesting. Tekishutsu (Extraction) was labeled on the scroll. He read through the techniques description as well. When a patient's body has a foreign object in it, such as the point of a shuriken, a senbon needle, or an arrow, it is important to remove the object without further harming the patient. Using this technique the medical nin places their hands on either side of the injured area and uses chakra to very carefully manipulate the surrounding tissues in order to remove the object without causing any further damage. Depending on the severity of the wound and nature of the object, it can take anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes to remove it. Kazu continued his smirk. This technique was no more than using Yang chakra to force a foreign object out of another's body. Kazu remembered that he had a splinter in his thumb from the rough wooden bookcases in the library. This would be the perfect test. Kazu focused the chakra as the scroll dictated. He held the lime green chakra over his thumb. The splinter slowly came out of the skin, slowly but surely it came out and the piece of wood landed on the table. Kazu gave a slight laugh.
Tekishutsu (Extraction) Learned.
Kazu had skipped the entire D Rank section of the Defensive Eseijutsu scrolls. He went straight for the beginning of some real Eseijutsu. Kazu grabbed his first C Rank scroll. Chiyute No Jutsu: Karui (Healing Hands Technique: Minor) was on the label. This would be his first healing technique. He was excited. Kazu read through the scroll hastily. The user concentrates chakra into their hands creating a ball of healing chakra. This chakra when concentrated will repair physical damage to another person. This is the first stage of Chiyute taught to all Medical Nin, it is not possible to advance past stage three without this technique. The effects of this technique are limited to superficial cuts and injuries though it can reduce the severity of more serious injuries. Kazu read to himself. It seemed pretty simple. It was focusing Yang chakra into the hands to focus into a single targeted spot and force the Yang chakra into the target causing the body to speed up recovery. All Kazu needed to know was how to mold the chakra. He read the basis of it and decided to give it a go. He held his hands up a little and focused himself. Green chakra began to cover his hands. He was ecstatic. This was his first legitimate healing technique that he had learned.
Chiyute No Jutsu: Karui (Healing Hands Technique: Minor) 1/4.
Kazu continued to practice the technique again to make sure he got it down. He made a rat seal to focus his chakra and held out his hands again. This time the chakra was more of a denser forest green. It seemed that he molded the chakra incorrectly.
Chiyute No Jutsu: Karui (Healing Hands Technique: Minor) 2/4.
Kazu forced himself to try again. He molded his chakra once more. He recalled as the scroll dictated. He formed his chakra as such and created the technique once more. A light green chakra covered his hands. Kazu made sure to memorize this feeling to make sure he didn't forget it.
Chiyute No Jutsu: Karui (Healing Hands Technique: Minor) 3/4.
Kazu was going to do it once more. He held his hands out and focused his chakra for the last time. The light green chakra covered his hands for the third time. Kazu was confident that he knew how to repeat the process over and over when the time called for it now.
Chiyute No Jutsu: Karui (Healing Hands Technique: Minor) 4/4.
Kazu got up and grabbed the scrolls. He walked back over to the book case and put them back into their appropriate sections on the shelf. Kazu thought for a moment as to what his elemental affinities were as he looked across the library at the section dedicated to elemental ninjutsu. He disregarded it for now. He was going to go to the Maruton section to get some supplementary ninjutsu learned. Kazu approached the book shelf. He had one jutsu in mind that he wanted to learn. While in the academy he read of an Uchiha who was renown for his mastery over a simple Maruton technique that he had altered for combat use. Kazu wanted to learn this technique. Walking over to the D Rank section he found the scroll he wanted. Grabbing it, he took it back to the table he was at previously. Kazu didn't bother to sit down this time. Unraveling it immediately he read the label and then the description. Shunshin no Jutsu [Body Flicker Technique], Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance. Kazu read to himself. He read through how the technique worked, it was like a Kawarmi, but instead of substituting the body for one solid object, it used many smaller objects and the technique relied on the physical speed of the user as well. Kazu liked the sound of the technique. Kazu rolled the scroll back up. His goal was to use the technique and reappear at the Maruton bookshelf. He made a seal. going through the technique he replaced himself with scattered loose papers in the library, and in almost an instant Kazu appeared at the bookshelf. But it wasn't the correct bookshelf. Kazu was in another part of the library. One he didn't recognize at all.
Shunshin no Jutsu [Body Flicker Technique] 1/3.
Kazu had to try again, he wasn't sure where he was but he was absolutely sure he didn't want to be there. The room was dark and it didn't have any windows. It was almost like it was intentionally hidden. Kazu formed the seal in attempt to use the technique again to get out of the room. In another warp of loose leaf papers Kazu disappeared.
Shunshin no Jutsu [Body Flicker Technique] 2/3.
Kazu was now outside with a scroll from the library. This was beginning to bug him. He was going to try to the technique once more before giving up on it. If he could get it this time then he would consider it learned and call it a day on Maruton Jutsu. He formed the seal once more. A small twister of sand formed around him as he appeared in the library by the Maruton bookshelf. It seemed that in his frustration, Kazu was able to get it down correctly. He'd have to remember that frustration pushes him a bit further than usual.
Shunshin no Jutsu [Body Flicker Technique] 3/3.
Kazu walked back to the Eseijutsu shelf. He was going to step his game up and learn two more jutsu today before going back to the Kazekage's office. Kazu approached the Eseijutsu section once more and moved straight for the B Rank Scrolls. He found the two that he wanted. Grabbing them he took them over to his previous table. He grabbed the first and opened it.
It was labeled as Chakra Enjintou (Chakra Scalpel). He read the description to himself. Chakra Enjintou (Chakra Scalpel) A Ninjutsu technique used, primarily, for field surgery. The ninja concentrates a powerful aura of chakra around their hand, creating a blade capable of tearing through muscles and arteries, or breaking bone, without actually breaking the skin of the person they're using it on. This technique can also be used to repair the chakra system in a patient if for some reason it has been damaged. When used offensively, in combat, it is difficult to concentrate on the length and power of the scalpel, making it harder to successfully hit an enemy's arteries, ensuring a kill.
The technique seemed useful, but learning it would be a little difficult. It was a balance between Yin and Yang chakras, which made it interesting in concept. It had both healing and destructive properties, which appealed to Kazu. He read the description on how to mold the chakra for the technique and Kazu gave it a go as he read it. Molding his chakra he tried to balance both the yin and yang chakras, the color of the chakra went back and forth between colors in balancing the two chakras. It changed shades from a dark blue to a light blue. Kazu had to balance it correctly.
[Post 1/6 in learning Chakra Enjintou (Chakra Scalpel)]
Kazu focused harder. The colors were beginning to balance in a solid blue but they were still wavering. He had to find the balance and hone in on it. Kazu felt around his chakras trying to find the perfect solution until he finally saw the color he was looking for. He memorized how he felt when concentrating this chakra. Kazu let the technique go, he was going to try to do it again, this time on the first go.
[Post 2/6 in learning Chakra Enjintou (Chakra Scalpel)]
Kazu held his hand up and focused his chakra once more. The chakra covered his hand in a veil of blue chakra. It was a brilliant shade of sapphire and Kazu realized he had done it. He had learned the technique. He was finally starting to become a real Medical Ninja. He let the chakra disperse from his hand.
[Chakra Enjintou (Chakra Scalpel) 3/6.]
Kazu was going to practice the technique three more times though. Kazu formed the chakra over his hands making sure he got it down. The chakra immediately formed as he so desired. First try, check.
[Chakra Enjintou (Chakra Scalpel) 4/6.]
Kazu went in for his second go. He let the chakra disperse from his hands and focused the chakra again. He felt the chakra on his hands again. It was blue and it felt right. He let the chakra go for one last time.
[Chakra Enjintou (Chakra Scalpel) 5/6.]
This was going to be Kazu's final reattempt at the technique to guarantee mastery. Kazu focused seriously as he felt the chakra reach the lightest blue he had seen yet. It really seemed like he had the technique patted down.
[Chakra Enjintou (Chakra Scalpel) 6/6.]
Kazu grabbed the scrolls and took them back to the shelf. He sighed. It seemed like this was good enough to warrant Six's "Couple" of jutsu. He smiled. This was sure to impress her. He walked out through the front door and headed back to the Kazekage's Office.
