Do i need a trade pass to donate and help people and if not how do i donate and help people?

 Yes, you need a trading pass to donate pure gold to other individuals; you can use the Gifting system to send gift-boxes to those you want to donate to, however.
You can obtain a trading pass by going to the Bank. I hope that helps!
