You get them and a blue Verizon phone occasionally as prizes instead of the 250g you would have got for picking a winning answer/giving a winning answer.

X3 i win those all the time. You get them if your reply for a Verizon message in a bottle that appears in your aquarium is picked as the winning reply.
Although strangely enough for me, i've stopped getting all those messages for some reason...
