Today my friends were arguing about the pronuciation of Reese's. One group, like most people say [Reese - is], like the comercials and also to ryhme with peices as in 'Reese's Peices'. The other group pronounces it [Reese - eez]. They say it this way because they watched a documentary on the Reese's factory. The man who made them, his last name was pronounced this way so they say it's logical. I have one side, but I'll keep my opinion to myself. So how do you pronounce it?

I believe it's pronounced [Rees-is] because words that end with an 's are pronounced like "is." So that should mean it's pronounced that way in Reese's, too.
