The Hidden power guy in Veilstone told me that Nathan, the Umbreon, has the FIRE Hidden power. Should I teach it to him or hold out on the Dark Pluse on victory road?

So I'm guessing you don't have Infernape? Maybe Empoleon?
Well, while Fire-type moves do come in handy, STAB from Dark Pulse would be mega.
If you can't get yourself a Fire-Type or a Normal-Type, then go ahead. Keep in mind that Hidden Power is, like, what? 50 attack?

I have a Monferno (Ish keeping this way until Flare Blitz is learnt in Two lvls* But I want him to be able to hold on his own. As you can see if I go Hidden, I can't get to kill ghosts at all. If I go Pulse, it will be harder to defeat STEEL types.
