what do you like to serve along with mac n cheese? (eg meat, veggie, perogies, you name it) do you like to add extra, extra, extra cheese to your mac? or maybe even tobassco sauce? talk about anything mac n cheese related.
ready in 12 mins but who said mac n cheese couldn't be gourmet?

i like my mac n cheese with steamed broccoli, carrots and either grilled chicken or hamburgers / meatloaf. i always add an extra chunck of mozzarella or cheddar cheese to the mac to make thick n cheesey.
