every time i catch a seviper it has a master ball wats going on here O_O

You mean it's caught in one without you using one, or it's holding one?
Either way, hax? Or a glitch or something. Dunno. Probably hax.
Is it only Seviper, or any pokemon at all?

You hacked your game recently. Or someone else did. No wild Pokemon can hold Master Balls on their own.
