Ok. I am a 16 yr old guy. I want to get some noticeable gains over the summer. I know I won't change dramatically over the course of 2 months, but I'd continue my workouts, I just really need to buckle down and get to it.
I'm about 5'10 and I weigh 133lbs. I'm skinny and I have a high metabolism. gonk
I want to really gain some weight, I look like skin and bones! rolleyes
I bought a set of dumbells, I do not have access to a gym, and I'm open to anything. I don't have 100% control over my diet though because I'm only 16, but I'm willing to cut out or add some things if necessary.
My main goals are to gain muscle and have a more toned chest and torso. I am an avid clogger, so I get a decent amount of leg exercise, but those are welcome too!

i can't wait to try Wii fit. it sounds amazing, but i can't tell you if it helps or not. i would guess it definitely would if u have the motivation to use it every day for a set amount of time, but if you don't have a wii or since it just came out and you can't find one, or since it's really expensive you could just set a time when u'r normally at home and take an hour to do things like sit-up's, crunches, push-up's, plank holds, etc. tht's my best advice!
