I bet we can all say that we have seen that before while skateboarding on the sidewalk....but how many times have you acually thought- and succeeded- in disobeying it? Normally, I would just not regard it, because well......It's just a sign.....It's not like they have someone stand guard against the skateboarders.....Well.... What do you do when you see that sign?

A couple of things I wouldn't recomend: 1)Slap a sticker long enough to cover the "no skateboarding" on the sign. 2)White spray paint (trust me don't in my town it's easy to do) 3)Have someone remove the sign (all it takes is a screw driver) or 4)Just ignore it and keep skating

hey! street skater in the house! so usually when i see that sign and i do a lot cause theres one on my way to school i usually just ignore yell at the sign or flip the finger to it! yes i do realize that its an inanimate object but im directing the hate to the law for forbidding it in some areas...L0Lz...

It's good to skate in a different country. But depends. I know in Puerto Rico they don't make a big deal about skateboarding there. Since there aren't many skaters there I can get away with skating in plazas, schools, and downtown without the police making a big fuzz over it. There are plenty of countries that are better to skate than here in the US.

My friends and are quite the criminals. I enjoy messing with them. my friend Mitch as quite a few that we unscrewed and took. I like to white out the red line and use sharpie to draw in the part of the body that is missing and my friend josh puts a sticker similar to this one on the signs. we all kinda have a trademark. And all in the area know who "fixed" the sign by what type of graffiti it is

where I live there aren't many "No skateboarding" signs, so I've never run into one... But that's probably cause I don't skateboard on the sidewalk. I go down the steep, giant hills! twisted And yes, I have run into things by doing that... sweatdrop

no skateboarding signs dont rly bother me and my friends...... the cops are the ones who dont like us..... and when a security guard "Renta-cop" tells us thees no skate boarding signs here we say where.....and the say we cant read......... it makes them feel stupid...... then if the renta-cops say there calling the cops we just run.... Renta-cops arnt allowd to touch you there only allowd to tell you to get off the property....

I live in a small town.
There are no signs... >3>
I just skate in a little cul-de-sac down the road.
