I'm taking an intro course to American Gov't. I've been stressed from my class as I pretty much cannot comprehend it well. I'm at a point where I'm literally running around my house w/ thoughts of being attacked and having to be on my guard. What's worse is that I can't bring myself to talk to my teacher about my problem because it just feels like it's too hard to do.
I'm kinda thinking that it's just anxiety kicking in but I also haven't been on my meds for almost a month. So I'm not totally sure what my damage is. xp
I'm done ranting for now. neutral

I know its hard to talk to a teacher about things like that. I have trouble even going up and sharpening my pencil half the time. That might be why I never ask for help... but anyways its good that you at least got it out. That's the important part. I'm ot a pro at this or anything but I've had experience with stress, anxiety and meds. You need to take your mes if they help, even if you don't want to.

Ugh, I hear what you mean. I guess it could be worse if I didn't take them. Well, at least I'm not crying for now.

Wow. Someone takes school seriously. Look, just ask a student if one knows the material. I am sure that that student would be more than happy to help you out on such things. There is never that much need to be overly anxious about the class. Once you get the academic help that you need, then you will be more comfortable in the class.

Hey. Don't worry about it now. School is over.

The GD is pretty hardcore. Haha I like it though. It can be a bit degrading at times though xDD
