Island in the Sun` random theme art contest? I've already drawn art. xDDD and its utada hikaru so it doesn't really HAVE a theme. and yes, I'll be a little bit late. o_o i have dinner around 7:13 PM.
Its not going to be at 7:13, the party will happen all March 21st, probably continuing for a day or two after as well.

The time won't really be a factor.
We'll have the festivities all during March 21st and probably for a couple of days after that so everyone can participate.

Even if we start that at 7:13, you'll get prizes for the 7th and 13th page, maybe the 71st page, maybe for being the 713th post, etc., so there will be plenty of chances to win prizes from it.
