I warn you, I ain't qualified to rate (I dunno much about rating), but I'll give you my opinion anyways.
I like the black and the white, though I reckon you should get some other pink item to match the pink dress. Maybe something pink on the head... (is there even an item that is like that??) And maybe, something at your feet, cause I think it looks slightly plain there, compared to the other parts of your avie. I give you a 7/10
(Hmm... I really don't think I was harsh... ah well...)

Lose the Elegant Headdress "Love is Blind", the white band, the dark halo, find a hairstyle that doesn't interfere with the cape, get more pink, and then try again. 2/10
