The base is good, with the black and then with the white wings, maybe get something white for the bottom and top, and change the shirt.

i have to agree, your shirt isn't doing you justice. plus, i personaly hate vests. i think they are a waste because they aren't really anything useful. but i know that is completely personal taste. i would change your undershirt, but i don't have a clue at the moment as to what to suggest instead
