Xeno purposely only took classes she was confident she'd be good at. She went into most of her classes with at least a basic knowledge of the subject. Arithmancy and Ancient Runes were a bit harder than she anticipated but she managed to get decent grades with an extra bit of study. The rest of her classes seemed to line up with her natural abilities, though she worked especially hard on the classes she knew she would need good NEWTs for to become a mediwizard. She didn't want to not be able to move onto the next level in a class and ruin her career goals before even graduating.
