Radiance grumbled to herself as she carefully picked her way past a clump of rocks blocking the path up the mountain. She was starting to regret her decision to chase that rumor now. It was a hot morning quickly turning into an even hotter afternoon and here she was climbing a mountain while covered head to toe in fluff. She glanced back the way she came wistfully before sighing to herself and continuing on. If the herb she was after was as rare and valuable as the rumor claimed this would all be worth it.
Finally back on the path Radiance paused to look around. She guessed she was about half way up the mountain by now. According to the rumors the herb she was hunting grew somewhere between here and the top. If it even existed at all, she was starting to have doubts. As far as she could tell nothing much grew on this mountain at all. It had been some time since she had even seen a clump of grass.
Standing here wasn't getting her any closer to the herb. With another sigh she started walking again keeping an eye out for any signs of color among the dab mountainside.
