	He had always been a bit of a home body. Having been raised by JUST his father and his other father(s) later on Antares had never felt the need to venture to far from the place he called home. Truthfully Misha had done as BEST a job he could have, being a single parent but there had been a bit lacking in his upbringing. Even when his fathers lover had taught him how to fly and spent time with him, the young male had felt his heart break a little because he had grown fond of the male. If he felt that way after spending such a short amount of time with him, how would his father feel if he just up and left? Today had been a bit of a test of that. THOUGH, he had mentioned that he was going to go exploring so it's not like he just vanished from the place he called home. There was every intention to return. Fluttering his wings nervously he walked along the woodlands not far from the river they had stayed close too. Given his Fathers genetics they had to stay close to water. Antares on the other hoof could go wherever, with the added bonus of flying and SHRINKING as he had recently discovered. Curious as ever the dusty rose colored male walked long, curious and cautious at the same time. [WC 232] @catmagick

	Yvaine quietly slipped away from the gathering of her family. While she loved to spend time with them they could be a bit overwhelming. Picking one of the paths into the forest connected to the clearing they were in she started walking. She walked without fear, her family had lived in the area for some time and it was relatively peaceful. There was the occasional nasty character that wandered through but they didn't tend to stay long. Lost in thought she walked farther than she originally intended. @Astoria

	As he 'danced' along, it was really more of a prance if he was to give it an actual title, he became a bit oblivious to the fact he had, as well, wandered a bit too far from where he had originally planned. THUS putting him in a direct path of Yvaine, though he was unaware of that little fact at this time. His white locks danced against his back a little as he continued to bounce along, a little hum escaping his vocals as he moved through the landscape. So lost in his thoughts was he that he failed to see her when she came into view, so when he finally did notice her it was such a shock to him that he shrank. It was an instantaneous effect, his body likely shrinking before her very eyes. He felt it, so he was aware of his sudden state of being, that and the world around him seeming MUCH much bigger than what it had been before. Fluttering his wings he hovered in the air, quite in shock of her sudden appearance before him still. [WC 185] @catmagick

	Coming around a bend Yvaine caught sight of an unfamiliar stallion. She blinked and he was gone. Startled she stopped in her tracks. "What?" She softly asked the air. She cautiously took a step forward before noticing moment. Were those wings. She relaxed a bit once she realized he hadn't actually disappeared. Peering at the small?! male she took another step closer. "Hello," she said softly hoping not to scare him further. Had she scard him? She wasn't sure but it seemed that way. She wasn't used to scaring others. Her bright pink coloring tended to make her stand out to much to take anyone by surprise. Or maybe he thought her a threat. That made more sense in her mind. She stood a few feet away from where her unexpected companion hovered trying to make herself appear harmless. @Astoria

	He realized, as he floated in the air, that what or rather who that had startled him was in fact a mare. Her initial inquiry of what made it clear she was just as taken aback by what had happened. Remaining in his current position, floating in front of her, he listened as she said Hello to him. The downside to being small, was that everything sounded much louder than they initially were. ”Hello.” Should he explain this sudden shrunken appearance? ”It’s a reflex, I was caught off guard.” Not that what he had just said explained it, he wasn’t exactly an expert at this. Hell, even his father was caught off guard on occasions still when his son would shrink before him. Though he did like to do it just to mess with him, since it made it easier for him to hide. Still, this was exhausting after a time. ”I hope I didn’t startle you.” [WC 151] @catmagick

	"I was only startled because I thought you had disappeared," she replied with laughter in her voice. It was such a silly thing to think. Noone can just disappear. She took a closer look at the tiny stallion and in shock stared at his fluttering wings. At first glance she had mistaken them for wind wings but there was something else there, something bug like. It tickled at a memory, something she had been told about a breed that could shrink. "You're a Flutter!" She exclaimed in surprised delight. @Astoria

	He was pleased to know that it had been his sudden shrinking that had thrown her off, it caught him off guard a few times as well. THOUGH not quite as much as it used to when he was startled, still he was going to have to learn how to control it eventually. Looking at the black and pink colored wind mare he gave her a small smile, since he was in fact small. "I am! My name is Antares, what may I address you by?" He landed on a branch that was level with her head. He wasn't going to be able to go full size for a little while still. Fluttering his wings slightly as he stood on the branch he wondered why he'd never seen her before. It probably had much to do with the fact he wasn't in an area that was familiar to him, perhaps he was trespassing. [WC: 153] @catmagick
