Leg Bones had been spending a lot of time by the river watching the Crows come and go, his mother had been spending a lot of time in the redwoods area just in case WhiteStar or Black Comet needed her. She wasn't the best mother in the world, but she did her best. Midnight Star and Leg Bones would be moving on soon leaving Leg Bones siblings with his father Black Bone. Leg didn't mind and he didn't begrudge his sibling's desire to settle down and live in a pack. Leg wanted to go though he wanted to see the world. So staying in the redwoods the rest of his life just wasn't in his plan. He looked across the river watching to see who would come today.  |
