[PRP] Overdue Dinner Date (Starshine x Royal)

tab Starshine shifted on his hooves as he stared at Royal’s home. He'd nervously switched back and forth between his glamour at least six times before finally settling on keeping it up. Royal may have accepted him for what and who he was but he still wasn't quite so sure about the rest of the family, or the population of Everchange for that matter.

tab It took the bright male another five minutes to talk himself out of talking himself out of knocking. Jeez, what was wrong with him tonight? Oh yeah, he was about to have a date--and actual date--with a guy he really liked. Taking a deep breath, Star lifted one hoof and rapped out a melodic little knock against the door.

tab Now all he had to do was wait….

There was a pause of silence, before a small series of thuds could be heard. Once a few moments passed. Royal gently opened the door to blink at Starshine for a moment. "Star!" he squeaked out. Mentally biting his tongue. He could stand to be a bit more of a impression. He smiled to the other stallion. As usual, Starshine was radiant. Though Royal understood why Starshine was hiding in his glamour. Made him feel special that he was the only one who was allowed to see Star's real form.

Royal looked back to the empty house. "No one's here at the moment. Shall we go?" he stepped out with a warm smile.
