Ghira popped her head out of her little work hut with a bright smile on her face. "Guy!" The lioness had dirt smeared on her cheek and paws from molding a form of pottery bowl that would harden into either a decorative accent item or something for a herbologist's professional use, most likely. Sufficiently distracted from her work, the lioness wasted no time in padding up the lion in an affectionate head-butt, purrs vibrating through her torso.

"Are you hungry, thirsty?" The lioness was parched, herself and lead Guy over to what she had constructed to be a sort of... fountain? More of a pond that was inlaid with stones and rocks that kept the soil from turning the small watering hole into a mud puddle. One of the shared chores was ensuring it was filled daily with fresh water.

Having lounged around for most of the day, Godiva now lay on her back a fair distance from their home under a small tree. Her bright eyes scanning the skies to study and absentmindedly read her fate in the clouds. Ever since she had woken up this morning she found herself overwhelmed by the feeling that something was going to happen today. What exactly, she wasn't entirely sure but the thought alone was enough to fill her with a sense of anticipation. One that made it hard to focus on much of anything as her mind kept circling what exactly it could be.

Lost in the wondering once again, Godiva abandoned her cloud reading and rolled over to sit up. Was Guylian coming home? There was no reason for her to believe it, but the idea stuck and she felt a laugh ring from her. She always ended up feeling this way when one of them was away and on their way back, truthfully it was just a learned reaction to their daily routines but in her mind the fortunes had told her and she just had to tell Ghira the good news!

Yet just as she had begun quickly making her way home a familiar call perked her ears right up and spurred her to break into a full run as a smile brightened her face. "Ghira!" Her voice rang out quite loud when she could see the back of the lioness' work hut. "Guylian is back-oh!" Coming to an abrupt halt when she very clearly saw that Ghira already knew, Godiva felt her cheeks warm under her fur and instead cleared her throat and casually jogged towards them to eventually fall into step with the pair. Butting her head affectionately into the lion's shoulder when she reached them. "Welcome home, did you find anything interesting while you were out?"

Ghira sat on her haunches, purring contentedly. This was a definite improvement to an already beautiful day. The weather was mild and a breeze lifting the short hair on her body. The only emotion she felt was sheer contentment.

"Oh everything has been perfectly calm here. Godi has been kindly helping me with a few projects like this one here," she said referring to the well-pool. She smiled at her harem-sister with affection, then. It had been an adventure between the two of them with digging, hauling rocks, and fetching water. Ghira had loved having the project but she wondered whether Godi might have felt differently. Despite the physical exertion from these efforts, she had not slept well. She never did when Guy wasn't home. While Godi while a comfort, it was never the same when the three of them were not together in their beds.

The lack of outside news didn't phase the lioness one bit, after all, no news was better than Guylian encountering problem while out. A thought that always worried her when he was away from the two of them. Also a thought that she shook from her fur when she settled in to sit beside the two of them. Taking the time to glance briefly between each of them as they spoke, her head nodding at Ghira's words, only injecting a quick "-very quiet." after she mentioned it'd been calm.

"Ghira is always great at keeping us busy while you were away. Hard work, but fun." She glanced to meet Ghira's eyes offering her the brightest smile that shined with her own affection for the lioness. After all she loved her just as much as Guy. "Her plans always seem to pan out perfectly in the end, I don't know how she does it." Though she lowered the volume of her voice as she leaned her head closer to Guylian. "Though you should have seen the first rendition of this. Mud everywhere.. It took hours to get it all off of my fur." She pulled a quick face that showed how very hard that had been for her, but a bright smile soon overtook it as she laughed. After all, the mistake there had been completely her fault by leaving a gap in the rocks, but no one needed to know that. "It was well worth the mess though because look at it~!"

She was beyond proud of the other lioness, and knowing she'd had a paw in the building gave her a little taste of what she was sure Ghira felt when ideas panned out. "It's working perfectly." At least, she thought it was. No leaks.
