The added amount of visitors to the pride had been a welcome distraction for Momo. She knew that her shrine was always one of the more popular ones, so she liked to linger around, either openly or hidden away in a tree to see just what sorts of creatures paid her shrine a visit and an offering. They were usually little trinkets, heartfelt wishes, and shy giggles. She didn't like to interrupt too much, due in part to the fact that many mortals were rather...confused on the concept of gods that resembled them, to a degree.
For this early evening, she was lounging on her shrine stone, half asleep. She wasn't a very large goddess, and although her hind legs and tail did dangle off a bit, she still looked rather comfortable. She figured that some of that large group would be leaving soon; their injured members had healed up, and it sounded like they were just trying to determine the most direct route back home. Not that it had anything to do with her, but once they left...she was going to need to throw herself back into her research of her past life. And that was the last thing she really wanted to do right now.
So she merely laid where she was, wings stretched out along her sides towards the ground, eyes half opened as she debating on what to do next within the Ulili-mlindaji.

Approaching the shrines had been one of her first goals since arriving in the pride. She and Tawi had visited a couple, but as tourists among natives they didn't get a chance to learn more than the basics. The shrine she was opting to visit again was the one for love. They had been married, were living together, and their family had grown - through two avians. Love was vastly involved in her life and stumbling upon a place to give thanks to that feeling seemed like a chance of a life time.
Of course she still wasn't sure of the devoted places to appreciate the various feelings, but she felt something when being there. Today was no different then her first encounter. "Oh my." She spoke softly in a whisper to herself. Sighting the shrine was enough to have her feeling warm and cared for, loved. Without hesitation she strode up to the shrine, not completely ignorant to the being sitting atop it, but rather surprised.
"I"m sorry." Raiatea spoke after a few moments, her first choice hadn't been to apologize, but it was the choice she decided to make. "I didn't mean to interrupt, I just wanted to come here again." Emerald eyes had missed some prominant features of the lioness that lay before her. Whether that was her brain trying to shut out the oddities or perhaps she couldn't comprehend - Raia just simply didn't say a word about anything.
"It's a beautiful shrine."
So instead she turned to compliments.
