They were now approaching the border of the pridal lands and strange enough the skies were not clouded and raining for once. If Bast'ion was a more thoughtful lion he might have taken the time to admire the beauty of a clear day in the stormborn but he was not nor did he care much.
Rana had gone pretty willingly with him and it was something that while he wasn't about to out right say it but he was grateful. A lot of other females were resistant to the idea of going back to the stormborn and usually unhappy with the idea but Rana seemed quite okay with it. At least Bast'ion read it this way.
"Well this is it. Do you have any questions?" He gestured to the vastness of the pridal coastal territory. "Our dens are on the shore but we can take our time getting there. I'm in no hurry to deal with family just yet," He admitted.
"So... Uh..." He had traveled with Rana but he didn't know too much about her and small talk wasn't exactly his strongest talent.
