"Maybe I don't want this day to end?" He quirked a brow at her. "I have to ride on search today, would you care to come along?" It would be nice for her to have altered duties at the weyr instead of those of a candidate, it would be more enjoyable for everyone involved. She might even raise in the ranks of the weyrfolk if she chose to pursue that direction. He would support her no matter which direction she chose.

He sidled closer and tickled her ribs with spry fingers. "Whos got a new weyrmate????" He chortled.

"I'd hate to be stuck here forever in limbo," Rinis teased. He had just promised to do something more to finalize their relationship. She considered his offer to accompany him on Search. That would be an interesting experience, but not really all that cause she would just be baggage. She didn't even have a dragon who could tell her who would make a good candidate. "If I come, that'll take up a space a potential candidate could ride."

A hint of irritation colored her mind. It took her a moment to release it, and then ferret down the reason. Someone else riding Solouth with L'saen. It was one of his jobs for the weyr, and she was going to have to get use to it. She at least hoped he wouldn't bring any pretty candidates home that he might fancy. She couldn't hold back a laugh as he tickled her, and she squirmed away from him on the bed. "Are you sure Solouth hasn't told the weyr yet?" Rinis arched a brow at him.

Solouth purred loudly from his alcove. "Solouth, like me wants you all to himself, he hasn't told anyone yet. Hoarder." L'saen accused his dragon who gave him amusement back. They saw the blue tail flick gleefully from across the room.

L'saen rolled his eyes. "There is plenty of room, if another candidate gets chosen, I can send for another rider. The beauty of telepathy and firelizards." He grinned. "Unless you don't want to come, you can stay and get settled, but now I don't want to go."

Queenie twitched under her brown male, he was hers now apparently..he was in her bed that meant dibs. The others were making an awful racket and she growled at them.

She chuckled softly at the purr and sent a feeling of love toward the dragon that hopefully he could feel even though they didn't really have a bond. Right. She forgot he could call for backup. Rinis wanted to hit for her forehead with the palm of her head. "I'd love to go! Let me just get changed for riding. I can get settled in later." She'd need to go back to her rooms for her riding jacket and gear.

Rinis eyed Queenie as she hissed. "Alright alright we're going." She tugged on her beloved's arm to get him up and moving. Chaek just slitted an eye to watch the going ons. His was happy and that was all he cared about.

Grudginly he got moving, and prepared for the day ahead. "Solouth if you will escort the lady to her rooms?" He knew the dragon would be more than happy too. L'saen brushed his teeth and his hair before beginning to get dressed himself. He looked at the brown and green firelizard besnuggled on the bed, "Must be nice you two, must be nice!"

He couldn't wait for this day to end so he could snuggle Rinis in the bed. Oh what a way to wake up! He stretched, it wasn't every day you got kissed awake by a weyr princess now was it?

He got into his riding leathers and had packed everything the pair would need for the day. Search riding really was fun as long as the people being searched were not too grumpy. It was something he really enjoyed and he preferred it over fighting thread greatly.

Solouth had offered Rinis his shoulder for her perch and let her know himself that he would take her wherever she wanted to go.

Rinis gave him another quick peck on the lips before she scampered off to climb up the blue's arm. She was startled when Solouth spoke directly to her. The woman leaned over and hugged the back of his neck from her perch on his shoulders. "Thank you Solouth. And for not ruining the surprise." She couldn't wait to get back and get her riding gear.
