Dambe
Once a month, the clans gather and willing participants spar against each other in order to win the most prized of pelts. The Dumanne hold pelts very highly, and the higher quality pelts are extremely coveted.
ICCly:
This is a tournament that takes place once a month. Coinciding with the nature of the Dumanne, it isn't the most regulated and fancy of affairs - there are few rules, and winners are decided by yields (in the case of extreme injury, the King forcibly yields on behalf of the injured). It is a bit of an odd tournament in the sense that it isn't a bracket - rather, members who win the most spars are declared the overall winner.
OCCly:
Though this is a monthly tournament ICCly, it will not be functioning as such OCCly. Instead, you can RP your spar at any time using the system outlined below. Once your character has won enough spars, they may be submitted as winners.
How it Works:
RP your spar - these must be fully fleshed out to be counted! Gather your character's winning spar RPs Use the form at the bottom to submit your RPs Your character can then be submitted as a tournament winner

Sparring System
How To RP Dambe:
Once a partner is found, set up an RP Each character must make an initial post without a roll (this can be a simple introduction/hype up/etc.) After, each character must post five "attacks" using the dice system below The winner is determined by who has the highest total at the end of the spar In the event of a tie, each character is permitted equal additional attacks until the tie is broken In order for your spar to count as a win, it must be finished RP-wise
dice Roll a Random Number between 1 and 4 to determine the force of your hit. 1 = miss 2 = light hit 3 = moderate hit 4 = hard hit
