His tail twitched, flicking lightly across the stone, eyes narrowed as he watched the rain from under an outcropping. It wasn't an especially large shelter, but for now it served it's purpose.
The great lion snorted, he was growing bored. Were it not for the rain he would have stretched his wings skyward, perhaps even gone for a hunt, oh how he enjoyed bringing death from above. But even he was not especially inclined to tempt a lightning strike in this weather (do you have any idea how much that hurts?).
A yawn, fangs bared in what may or may not have been a growl at the rain, he laid on his paws, nothing to do but take a nap.

A snort, his eyes narrowed, clearly unimpressed with her apparent 'knowledge'. Stupid creature! As if he was not well aware of the weather patterns. He was a god, he knew exactly where he was and wait rain was damn it!

Hello, god of conflict, land of 'vikings'. Violence, sex, and mind altering substances, all of his favorite things, why WOULDN'T he want to be there? Not to mention a rather hot lioness whose....company...he wished to continue to enjoy. Hmmm....now there was a cure for boredom....
Not that this lioness knew any of that.
Tanaka stood to his paws, deliberately stepping forward from the outcropping into the full force of the falling rain. His frame was large and imposing, appearing even more massive by the illusion of the smaller rocks he had emerged from. A smirk cross his maw, the effects of the rain forgotten for now. Perhaps he was intrigued by this lioness and the day would not be so boring as he had thought.

Oh, flattery, an excellent choice. Let's see where that gets you.
Tanaka smirked, a definite arrogance and confidence in his strut, in the flick of his tail as he stood to his full height. Yes, he was impressive wasn't he. Tall, powerfully built, far larger than any mortal lion, broad wings as massive as his form. Oh and did I mention he was one sexy beast? Because he he most certainly was, and you know it.
"Do you have a name?"
His gaze settled on the lioness, truly taking in her form and presence. He liked this lioness, she recognized a good thing when she saw it.
