Seth - General support/advice/guidance
These people make most of the major decisions about the community, such as how many shelters/huts they should have, the best way to use their resources and supplies, making sure everyone is helping out in some way, deciding what to do with the land around them, etc, and are generally responsible for the safety and well-being of the neighborhood by enforcing rules/laws, curfews (if needed) and handling diplomatic relations (not necessary yet but will come in later), etc. They look out for the group as a whole rather than focusing on their own personal business.
