The first attack had struck true but it felt almost too effortless as her blade seemed to divide the creature. Witnessing the the sleuthing flesh drip and then flop like a liquid goop, Ayame felt a bit sick to the stomach as this thing moved unnaturally. Instinctively retreating back from the initial swing, the bloop blop of a beast moved staggeringly with a lunge toward her. Reacting to the creature, the limb suddenly exploded into fire and she winced. Manipulating her blade in the right hand she clashed with the claw-like limb and stopped its advance, chakra from the steel met with the flames and proved adequate enough to quell its force.
Ayame moved forward as she steadied her sword now with both hands and used the sword and moved within the monster's personal space as it lashed out at her. Chakra flowed through her blade then and another swing came out with a horizontal sweep just as the dagger-like kicks lashed out toward her. The cold steel slung through the air and she aimed to cut both of the creature's legs with the chakra enhanced steel and behind the blade a second ethereal sword trailed along made of pure chakra. Should her katana connect, the chakra blade would follow her sword's path would cut into the monster just as well.

Still buffed from her previous augmentation techniques, she moves into the monster's reach and throws out a sweeping cut with two hands. The blade's enhanced to a Complex interaction, and further enchanted with Twin Blade, which would follow the Katana's slicing path.

Description: The user sharpens the air around the blade similar to the Extension technique, but does not affix the Chakra form as firmly to the physical blade. The Chakra blade is as sturdy as the base blade and follows its path, but for three posts, the user is able to control how long after the initial strike the second one will hit, up to a delay of one second. The Chakra blade is not affected by any enhancements of the original blade.
