[The Navi Pride]

The Iknimaya is a very tightly knit pride; because of this word travels fast about the on-goings in the pride. Updates about the pride will be posted here, to include: Rank changes, Pride Rule changes, Meta Plot updates to include when they start or end, Contests and pretty much anything else that might be important to the general public.

Make sure to keep an eye on this thread because sometimes updates will only be posted here.

• Update 2/3/2016
  Split has give Astoria ownership of the Iknimaya and Izzy and Split will remain as Co-owners. Going through members lists and checking to see who is all still active. Going to be making some minor changes but nothing to significant. Mostly adding some more ranks, renaming a few things and what not. Once we're all done with it we will let everyone know what is up. Please be patient with us as we're wanting to get everything organized and have a bit more depth to it. <3

  Rumors have spread around the pride. Something has happened but no one of status will say what is going on... all you know is that everyone who does know seems upset...
  
  Word is that something happened that is big... their will be a big meeting about it soon

  WOW we need an update.
  
  So we are next on the pridal customs. There will be 5 Lions up for contest-so keep that in mind. If you are interested in plot idea's with one of them, give a PM and we can tie it in with your SOA. <3
  
  And the king and queen are up for breeding slots now. Keep your fingers crossed and pray to Eywa for a good roll! <3

  The pride is starting to get moving. If everyone could please check out the member list and make sure it is up to date.
  
  We would like to thank Mistress Kitsune for making our banners and offering to update them as we grow! <3
  
  We will be holding a few contests in the future for some more pridal members! <3
  
  
  
• August 16, 2010: The pride is finally offical and the threads in the sub-fourm are set up! The members list is still under construction however. Make sure if you member isn't on the members list but you had them in the other thread that you post their info in the joining thread, Make sure to include their uncert! (They are most likely not posted because we don't have the banner made which most likely means we don't have a uncert or we just might have missed them!)

I think almost everything has been moved over from the old thread! Minus all the members anyway. XD I'm going to be doing a mass quote here later today to get an accurate member list.

There have been a few changes.

Mostly to the Ranks. sweatdrop So, with that being said make sure you read through the Ranks thread and repost to have your character certed with their new rank. =] As of right now all ranks minus Royalty are available. Lead Ranks will be discussed if you wish to have your character fill one of those spots. Ummm. I think that's it? Now to get the threads changed so they don't move. <3

Things have been slow going but that doesn’t mean we have disappeared altogether.

Some IC Things everyone should note.

Ua’tahni is going to be the new IC Pride Leader. He petitioned Sylwanin and Miujiza for the right to counsel given his lineage in the pride. While his lineage gave him the drive to do it, that wasn’t the reason he spoke up to be the new leader. (RPs to show all this will come and be linked in time)

Given the many disappearances that had happened and everything the pride has gone through, a familiar face at the Lead would help ease some of the worry the members might have. Not only that but he has dedicated himself solely to help rebuild the pride and make it stronger than it once was. With the Will of Ewya to guide him and the help of those around him he hopes to be just as great a Leader as his Grandfather had been and hopefully surpass him.

With that being said Tahni was hoping to give the pride a new Tashik as well, but fate was not on his side and his Future Queen left to be with her family. He has no ill will towards her decision, he knew how much she missed her children and hoped that they were safe. So the fact she had gone off to be with them gave him comfort. With that being said a rogue female named Usiku-nair (owned by oo Ded) happened upon the lands not too long after he took over as leader and offered her services in rebuilding the pride.

Will she possibly be the new Tashik? Only time will tell.

With that being said:

There are some new updates coming to the pride with Tahnis rule.

1. Divorce is now an option within the pride. THIS is for extreme circumstances only. I.E Owner leaves Gaia, conflict between two OOC persons, ect. This will be case by case and you will have to PM the mule the reasoning behind it if it’s for a personal reason. I don’t want everyone’s business to be aired. There will be a form to post ect, so be on the lookout for that if your character needs to do this. Remember, during the tropical storm there was an out for those with mates to have them go MIA and be able to restart over and take a new mate in the future.

2. Rogue Flings. (will need approval) This will be special event only and can only be with Lion partners. You need to be aware that the Navi are very spiritual and believe in their one true love. Though with all the outsiders joining there has been some influence on perhaps experimenting or having fleeting romances. MnMs will be allowed but you will have to understand that any children that are born with unacceptable colorations will be forced to leave once they are adolescents. They will all be given the same rank as well and cannot move up except through proving themselves worthy to the Olo'Eyktan and Tsahik. (This will be done through RP requirements)

3. Mated pairs must be approved and listed in the Mates/Singles thread now before posting for breedings. Only one of the party members needs to post.

Some More IC Notes:

ICCLy enough time has passed that the pride has rebuilt itself and is fully functional again. Prey has returned and the pride should be back to its old self for the most part. So far the pride has been unaffected for the most part by the happenings in the Gods Haven. The only current thing that is going on that is considered strange is the fact that it is currently raining frogs. Feel free to use that as an RP prompt if you so wish. :3
