I measure every Grief I meet
  With narrow, probing, Eyes--
I wonder if It weighs like Mine--
  Or has an Easier size.

Thank you for sharing your stories. I'm sorry for your losses as well, and wish you better times ahead. I've started journaling again, and am even reading one of Mom's favorite books, Jane Eyre. I think she may have seen herself in Miss Eyre, a bit. I've also tried to get closer to Mom's old religion, Catholicism, though Dad would probably prefer I try to be a bit more like Buddha. That's essentially the problem, though. He's often upset that I'm still mourning Mom nearly six months after her passing, though Dad's always been a bit emotionally remote, no big surprise there.

You keep going through your Routine, sometimes you may have to take a minute to cry and compose yourself, but I know this might sound cliche but the best thing for Grief is usually Time. Eventually it will only be a little ache instead of a big one. But there will still be times that you will stop and have a sad moment, but Life goes on. I hope this helps answer your question. Take care of yourself!
