"And we're back! Hello everyone, near and far, and welcome back to our continuing coverage of the Autmn Country Exams! Yuka-chan--that's me!--will be your one and only anchor-lady during the entirety of the broadcast! For those of you just tuning in, we have the results in for the last few examinations!"

"First up is the battle between Kyoishi Inuzuka and Kodokidoki! Kyoishi receives 6 points for style, 5 for Chakra use, 7 for strategy, and 3 as a bonus for being the clear victor! He has earned a total of 7 points, and will be moving along to the next round! Next is Dokidoki De-to, with 8 points for style, 4 for Chakra use, and 6 for strategy, bringing her up to an average of 6 points!"

"In the fight between Jae Ketsueki and Alzayr Hakemoto, Alzayr was the winner, with an average of 7 points! Jae received 5 points! Sorry to rush through that, but we have important announcements to get to, I'm being told! Well fought, all!"

"First up: Alvard Shakuton of Sunagakure receives 4 courtesy points and will be advancing to the next round following his opponent's no-show! On a related note, Lucis Shinsetsu will be advancing to the next round with 2 courtesy points following his opponent's untimely demise!"

"Next up in the announcements are several pertaining to the next round of examinations! The next round will start in three days' time, on Saturday, January 28th! Match-ups are as follows: Ivilice Takamatsu versus Alvard Shakuton, Zero versus Alzayr Hakemoto, and Kyoishi Inuzuka versus Noctis Shinsetsu! Locations will remain undisclosed while the combatants recover!"

"Next: There will be optional matches between those who did not win last round! Please send a message to that shady fellow who goes by 'Ergo War' if you are opting out of this. As of right now, the match-ups are as follows: Tsukino Kazuki versus Kenta Takahashi, and a three-way battle between Kodoki Dokijima, Masashi Yuusashi, and Jae Ketsueki!"

"Alright! We're back, everybody, for day... whatever, of our continuing coverage of everything you totally want to know about these Exams! Today, we'll be talking about how this next round will function!"

"First up, the fight locations! At the Undergrowth's Seat, we have Zero and Alzayr! At the fancy space known as the Birth of Autumn, Kyoishi and Lucis! Ivilice and Alvard in the Shaded Clearing! For the bonus rounds, we're giving out some strange locations: the Lantern Garden for Kodoki, Jae and Masashi; and the Strange Woods for Tsukino and Kenta!"

"First up, the easy one: In the bonus rounds, there will be no restriction to your knowledge or abilities! However, in exchange, everything will take twice as much Chakra out of you! Next, the Chuunin Exams: This round, the air has been made thick and hard to breathe, lessening the effectiveness of some types of Jutsu and increasing the difficult of performing physically demanding maneuvers! Both have a time limit of fifteen posts!"

"The Jounin Exams are receiving two restrictions once more, and this time around, they are much more... comprehensive. For starters, all techniques above B-Rank will be sealed away and may not be used! After that, all physical abilities will be equalized to a rank halfway between Chuunin and Jounin. There will be a ten post time limit for this round."

"Alright! As always, no killing is allowed! Good luck, do your best, and be sure to tune in later to find out what the prizes are!"

The cameras turned on, but the person at the desk was not the lovely Yuka-chan that everybody had come to know and love. In her place was a wiry, tired little man who looked both worried and nervous.

"Hello, everyone. I'm, uh... Taro-kun filling in for Yuka-chan today. I'm here with the results of the Exams and the prizes. For the Chuunin Exams, the winners are: Ivilice Takamatsu, who is the points leader; Alvard Shakuton in second place; and Tsukino Kazuki. In the Jounin Exams: Alzayr Hakemoto, who is the points leader; Jae Ketsueki and Kyoishi Inuzuka, both tied for second place; and Zero. Congratulations all."

"Next up we have the prizes: 300 Ryou to all participants who did not pass; 800 Ryou to the points leaders; 600 Ryou to second place; 400 Ryou to everyone who passed but did not receive honors. All cash has been placed on your persons already by our super-stealthy... associates."

With that, the transmission cut out, but not before a look of worry crossed the man's face.
