Nearly in a panic Yukia gasped and nearly screamed as the Spinarak landed on her face. She floundered a little her legs kicking. She closed her eyes and closed her mouth and tried to pry herself free. The web had slots in it so she could slip her fingers out and realized that she could click the left pokeball on her belt. She tried to press its button her fingers inching closer to it yet she couldnt press the button. She bites her lip and begins to roll around trying to rip the web off her and to dislodge the spider from her face.
Thrashing around with a large spider on one's face was likely not the best solution one could latch on to, but hindsight was twenty twenty they say. Startled by the girl's movements the Spinarak would suddenly cling to Yukia's face, mandibles clamping down abruptly on the bridge of the girl's nose. There would be a slight crunch followed by a snap and the inability to breath properly through her nostrils. It would seem Yukia's actions had bought her a brand new broken nose!
Luckily for the young trainer, the prize behind curtain number two was a little more to her benefit. With a combination of thrashing, reaching, and the scattered stones all around her, Yukia would manage to click the button of a PokeBall....if only it had been the one she was aiming for. Rather than releasing her delightful little Shieldon, a flash would fill the air and Yukia would find herself, as would the Spinarak, looking at the shinning silver hide of her Durant!
The pain, the sweet wonderful pain filled Yukia's head as her nose was broken. She gasped then struggled trying to knock the Spider off her face. She saw the flash out of the corner of her eye and saw then the Durant she had caught earlier. Well it was better than no pokemon at all but it was still weak from the fight with her earlier. She hoped the spider would let go soon.
The weak durant landed down with a slight clank but he didnt take time to think just looked around at being free now. He turned and saw the girl who had caught her and the spider attached to her face. He did not like the girl but he did feel like he should at least help even as weak as he was. ">Hey let her go!<"
Still struggling Yukia started to shake her head. "Ugh get off my face!" She was getting very annoyed and she bit into one of the spider's many legs. She bit as hard as she could she was just asking for it seemed. She did not care anymore she just wanted this thing off her face and she wanted to get out of this web.
The durant clacked his own mandibles. He too a stance that completely said, 'I challenge you to battle.' He was too weak to do much but he did not care.

A potentially satisfying crunch would reach the girl's ears as teeth bit through exoskeleton, going so far as to cut clean through the arachnid's limb. The unfortunate side-effect of this would be the sticky sour tasting ichor which flooded her mouth and splashed against her face . Giving a high pitched squeal the spider would leap off the girl, more fluid flowing from the severed limb and across her body as he cleared the distance. Chattering his mandibles in a mixture of rage and pain, the Spinarak would glance from the girl to the Durant and back. This meal was getting progressively less and less worth the effort.
Before the Bug-Type could consider this further however the ground suddenly shook, the sound of something splitting coming from down below. With no further warning than that the earth beneath the Pokemon's remaining feet would suddenly give way, sending the spider tumbling down the side of the crater.
