What are Null Fragments that Nicolae is referring to? Where do we "collect" them and where does the total count collected appear on the screen?

null fragments used to be required to make recipes. however, they were only given out once quests were completed and a limited amount of quests meant a limited amount of recipes could be made which meant a lot of users were angry.
now that they've been taken out, they are completely useless. instead of having these soulbound items locked in people's inventories forever, the devs made nicu take them away.
