Eddie forces himself to his feet, relying greatly on the Zweihander he takes from his back for support. "Ugh. All of this for a badass sword...Was it really worth it?" he asks, using the sword like a cane to make his way over to the Ruby. "Well, if I've gone this far, there's no reason to stop now. For all of the people that have fallen here, I'm going to take this, go on with the training, and become the greatest berserker to ever live on this earth." he says, somewhat as a vow.
"Oh man, this hurts like hell." Eddie complains, standing in front of the magically floating ruby. "I'm not going through this s**t again, so I'm gonna get it while I still can." he says, then reaches out towards the gem and holds it in his free hand. Nothing happens. "Maybe I should take this to Lord Gandalfr." he says. He turns and looks around. "Maybe I could signal him?" He puts his fingers to his mouth, still holding the Ruby, and whistles loud enough to make echoes throughout the immediate area.

Eddie waits for a minute or two, almost passing out from either blood loss, trauma to body, or just plain exhaustion. He sighs and says. "Well, I guess I'm gonna have to go find him myself. Though, I don't think I can fight any more pokemon on my own, let alone in my condition." he says. He turns around and sees Nicole's sword and body have vanished. "Woah, I'm pretty sure there was something right there." he says, doing a spin to make sure he's not going crazy.
"Lord Gandalfr, are you there?" Eddie asks. "I have the Ruby, I just need to you forge it into my sword...and maybe give me some sort of medical care." he says. With another sigh, he turns around and sees the large man in a Salamence-driven cart waiting in front of him and a smile appears on Eddie's face.
"Get in." Gandalfr says, getting out of the cart and walking over to Eddie. He picks Eddie up and flings him over his shoulder. "Great job. You came, you saw, you conquered." he congratulates. "Though it came at a steep price, you have taken one more step into the path of the Berserker. Let's hope you can make it even farther."
The cart takes off from the solemn place, a cold wind blowing to commemorate the events that took place there.

The cart arrives at the edge of Stark Mountain and Gandalfr steps out of it, Eddie still hunched over his back. He walks into the med room and plops Eddie down on the table gently. "Now, time to patch you up." he says. He takes off what is remaining of Eddie's shirt and looks at the hole. "Well, that's gonna be a doozy."
Gandalfr takes out a large trunk and opens it, showing a bunch of medical tools. A giant first aid kit is always useful. He takes out a needle and some thread, threading the thread through the needle. "Oh yeah, I need to numb ya up first." he says, then reaches for a needle with Novocaine and puts it in his abdominal area. Injecting the fluid in, he discards the needle and starts by piercing the skin once, bringing both parts together and putting one through that. So on and so on until the hole is shut on the stomach side.
Gandalfr flips Eddie over and does the same, bringing the skin together and sewing it back together. "Wow, you're lucky he didn't pierce an organ, or hit your spinal cord. Though, luck is a factor in every fight." he says to the unconscious Eddie. He keeps Eddie on his stomach after completing the procedure and takes the Tyr's Ruby and Eddie's Zweihander into the next room, time for it to be forged.

Two days would pass before Eddie opens his eyes for the first time since the battle at Mt. Ember. "Ugh...where am I?" he asks, looking around the room, his eyes still have closed, and his voice very groggy. "I remember...Lord Gandalfr...and Mt. Battle..." he mumbles. He scoots himself up so that he's sitting up and looks around the room again. "I'm thirsty, and hungry."
"Well, ya finally woke up." Gandalfr says, emerging from the next room over, with a bowl full of ice chips and hands them to Eddie. "Right now, this is all you can eat, until your throat gets accustomed to all of the air you've been breathing, and the lack of drinks.
Eddie takes the ice chips and starts eating some, the cold, wet sensation very welcome in his throat. "Thanks." he says.

"Also, I would like to alert you to the many stitches in your stomach and back. You're gonna have to lay down for a while in order to let that heal up. Those stitches come loose and you gonna lose some organs." Gandalfr says. "And your sword has been forged with the Tyr's Ruby. Whenever you're ready in the next day or so, you can take it. When you do, it will take a shape more to your liking, and beyond that, I'm not sure what could happen to you." he explains.
Eddie sighs and eats a few more ice chips. "Well, I guess I can wait for another day. If my injuries were that serious, maybe I should take it easy for a while." he says. "Never been one for taking it easy, though. It'll be harder with that sword tempting me to grasp it and transform to my liking. I guess I can try."
"Good, now go back to sleep, it's three in the morning." Gandlafr says, pointing Eddie to a clock. "I can't stay up all night, ya know."

Eddie wakes up again, the clock on the wall easy to see from the sunshine of the afternoon. "Four, huh? I guess I had a good sleep then." he says. Then he readjusts himself to hang his legs over the bed and takes the sheets off his body. "Ew, those look horrible. I'm gonna need to keep those covered at all times." he comments. "Lord Gandalfr, are you near?"
"So you woke up. Took long enough." Gandalfr says, walking into the med room from his own private room. "How are ya feeling, able to walk yet?" he asks.
Eddie slides off the table-bed thing and stands on both legs. "I'm feeling good. And as for the walking..." he starts, then takes a step, though he limps a bit, it's a good walk. "I think I can make it." he finishes. "Now, may I see my Zweihander?" he asks.
Gandalfr nods and walks into the next room. "Come in." he says. He sits down on a chair behind some sort of desk and waits.
Walking in, Eddie sees his sword immediately, leaning against the wall. It seems to have a Ruby in the base of the blade. "So, do I just pick it up and take it from there?" he asks.
Gandalfr nods.

Eddie limps over to his sword and puts both hands on it, then holds it straight in front of him. Suddenly, the sword resonates, and he can hear a slight whispering noise of some sort. He closes his eyes and thinks of his ideal sword. The sword becomes flatter, making for better straight slashes. It becomes at least a foot and a half longer, for more reach. The sword itself is now seven and a half feet; meaning some more training will be needed. The sword also gets teeth on one of the thin edges of the sword, making for a ripping quality when he slices. The sword comes to a longer point as well, so the stabbing is more effective. Last, but not least, the sword obtains a red quality on the blade.
"Woah, this is awesome..." Eddie says, admiring the new sword before him. "Though, I'm hearing this...whispering noise." he adds.
"That's normal, you'll find out what it is eventually." Gandalfr says. "Now, do you feel well enough to go home?" he asks.
Eddie nods.

Eddie limps back to the med room, holding the sword above the ground as to avoid any unnecessary scratching of the floor, or blunting of his blade. He sets the blade on the bed and throws on his ripped and tattered shirt, then looks at Gandalfr. "I'll be back soon for the next lesson." he says, then chuckles.
"Okay. Gallade, teleport him back to his home. He's definitely gonna need some rest after this one." Gandalfr says, releasing the Psychic pokemon. Gallade walks over to Eddie and touches his shoulder. Instantly, they're both in front of HQ and Eddie walks to the door and looks back; the Gallade is already gone. "Well. I guess that ends that." he says.

-Mission Report- Wow Eddie, that was something else. I'm very surprised you came back alive, and all in one piece (mostly) at that. So how do you feel, now that you have advanced to become a true Beserker in your own right! Do you feel any stronger now that you obtained the gem and your sword has transformed to fit your own personalized style? I ask too many questions don't I? Anyways, very good mission Eddie, you passed with flying colors. The Pokemon spirit of the sword should reveal its self to you soon as it lends you its power and wisdom. I hope to see you advance your abilities in the next mission. Good job again! PS. Gandalfr found this odd colored moon shard back on the mountain, said it is giving some weird energy. Maybe you can put it to good use? For passing you receive: ---The passive ability " Tyr's Charge".
