What should I do? I love Contests, but I'm better at battling, and I hate the last part of the Super Contests, the Appeals Round?
Should I concentrate more on battles or Contest?

Whenever battling seems like it's lost its touch or has gotten boring for the time being work on the contests for a change of pace. Then once that seems played out go have a refreshing battle > biggrin
