I'm new to this guild, but I'd think that it would be fairly hard to transfer an entire subforum. I mean, it's not part of the captainly controls, so each topic would have to be individually moved to the new position...

I have no idea. XD I believe Sanity is right though. I don't know if it's possible to move them, unless it was a glitch or something.

There have been glitches before... the worst one had all the odd numbered and even numbers rearranged... hard to explain, but like this:
