You know, If you think about things in a Pure Typing method. (Since Dragons are more than just type, i thought I'd simplify things to dictation of the dragon weaknesses and strengths, classifying them entirely by pure types alone and not dragon moves or appearances)
Since Dual Typed Pokemon would fit under multiple categories no matter the supertype. (since Subtypes work rather hard to remove weaknesses.)
there would only be:
58 Normal
46 Water
25 psychic
21 Grass
20 Electric
13 Poison
12 Fighting
12 Bugs
12 ground
7 Ghost
6 Rock
5 Dark
4 Dragon
4 Ice
2 steel
No Flying
And the remaining 246 are all dual type. assuming that all dual type get excluded since their allegiance would be categorized as a Dual Citizenship, nullifying them from being tallied....

Well, my all-around favorite Dragon type is Dragonite.
From the newer generation games, however, I enjoy Flygon, Salamence, Rayquaza and Dialga.
I stick to the GB / GBC Pokemon games because the newer games don't interest me as much.
