I love Projectplaylist.com. It doesn't have videos but the music is great when you create your own.

I like deezer.com. It also doesn't have any vids, but it's really nice when you want to discover other artists that you might like. Sort of a recommendations' system I've found some real treasures this way.

Deezer is pretty awesome.

Pandora.com = Amazing
You type in a song or band name and it will not only play songs from them, but others that have the same style. Great way to find new music.
