It is the signature move of Arceus. A power 100 special attack with 100 accuracy. Very dangerous because it's usually NORMAL-type, but if you're holding one of the plates then it'll be of the same type as that plate.
Extra worrisome is that, since Arceus will also be of the same type as that plate, that means he'll always get STAB with Judgment.
