WAY 1:
1.beat everyone on the bridge in cerulean city
2.catch an abra
3.after that go forward to bill's house
4.when the guy turned around to you quickly click start
5.then click on abra and use teleport
6. save your game
7. walk up the bridge again then you will see mew poping front of you
8. mew lv.14
WAY 2:
1.when you reached to cerulean city dont go to st.anne
2.trade w/ friend in p center for a pokemon knows "Cut"
3.beat gym leaders intil you can use surf
4.once you get the right to use HM SURF go back to cerulean city
5. use surf and go around st.anne
6. save game
7.you will see mew at the side of the ship
8. mew lv.40
(WARNING): if you caught the lv. 14 mew back on the bridge you cannot catch mew lv. 40
