Reiki/Qigong healing and practices

I'm just learning about Reiki myself, my sister practices it, but I will definitely have to check out this other form of healing. Thanks for the info!

I've practiced Reiki for a couple of years now. My hands get very hot when I do it. Which is weird, because I have low blood pressure and my hands and feet are normally cold.

Some people who are energy sensitive can even feel the flow like I'm pushing them away like two magnets when you try to put the same poles together.

Reiki qi/chi is the same force as is used in Qigong. The Universal Life Energy as I've heard it called the most.

I can imagine someone who's studied and practiced manipulating qi for many years could actually get that much heat going.

I've heard of Qigong before, but I'm definitely going to have to into Reiki. So much research, so little time...

I've heard of Reiki, but I don't practice it myself. What's it like?

this type of healing is all new to me, it seems very interesting and something i am intersested in learning about, i guess i'll have to start researching.

Yeah, it definitely sounds interesting. I'm definitely going to try and learn more about it. And maybe even start practicing it myself.
