 I'm not really sure what to do right now. Nothing eventful going on to keep track with... and the Gaia Presidental Debate is boring. How Gaia is doing their election thing doesn't seem very logical. What if I don't want to vote for either one of the grunnies?

Ugh... I do think I've caught a small cold. I can feel my mind slowly wavering making it hard to concentrate on anything needed a lot of concentration and thinking. *sighs*

The weirdest and strangest thing has happened to me today. I was still dealing with the cold symptoms I had yesterday this morning. But once I got to the Humane Society and started working with the cats and what not, I suddenly felt better. Even right now I feel much better, despite still having occasional moments of feeling gunked up in my throat.
I don't know how it is... but I'm glad I feel better, lol.

Anyway, my afternoon/evening went well with Alex. Since he had never seen Doctor Who before, we watched the first three episodes of the 5th season/series. He seemed to enjoy it. Then we just hanged out until dinner. My parents got along well with him and my Dad was actually more communicative than he usually is. Maybe it's because it's a guy I'm dating and my Dad secretively is being protective and wants to know everything about him. Such is the life of being part of a protective family, I guess.

Almost thought I was going to find myself in a debate about the presidential candidates for a moment there. Thankfully it never went in that direction.
This election seems very touchy... especially those who are really upset about Obama winning and Romney losing.

Personally I'm quite pleased with the outcome of Obama winning. There was a moment when I was a bit nervous when I saw that Romney was in the lead ((this was before the West coast states had their votes counted)).
And that's all I'm going to talk about on the political end of things. If anyone is reading these two posts, you have the right to your opinion... but I would prefer to keep this area safe and respectful. I don't want to find myself in any heated debates or arguments.
