I had a fabulous time at Queer Prom. Got to see some familiar faces - more than I expected. I thought there would've been only two or three familiar faces. By the middle of the night, I knew about a third or so of the crowd. biggrin It was nice getting to hang out with some old friends. Also, got to meet some new people... though all of their names escape me now. Oh well.

Certainly made some great memories tonight. Especially with the dance I did with Jennifer Lanier to "I Kissed A Girl" by Katy Perry. xd Can't wait to see the pictures that my friend took of it. sweatdrop

Anyway... it was lots of fun. Though there were some songs that was played that we're all like "How do you dance to this?" As a result, it made me realize how much I enjoyed my friend being DJ for last year's Queer Prom, rather than the guy we had this year.

There was a great turnout to the dance. Probably about twice as many people that went last year.

Ah, I found the lyrics that I ended up dancing to with Jennifer. biggrin We were both acting out the scene. I was the one lip-singing the lyrics, while acting that I was flirting with Jennifer; and Jennifer reacted in response to what was being said. Towards the end, Jennifer's partner got involved too. biggrin Very fun!
No, I don't even know your name, it doesn't matter. You're my experimental game, just human nature. It's not what good girls do, not how they should behave. My head gets so confused, hard to obey.

My friend Amanda was happy that some of the "old crew" was attending the Prom, along with the new crowd. 3nodding The "old crew" being me and the rest of my friends. biggrin

Well... I'm sure I could keep going on and on about the various events that took place during the dance. Unfortunately, it's getting late... and I'm getting tired. So, I'll save up the various thoughts that are still roaming about in my head for tomorrow or whenever I get back around here.
So... nighty night!

We had some nice food to eat during the dance. There was these sandwiches on pita-like bread with thin sliced meat, lettuce, and cheese. Very yummy. There was also fruit to eat - grapes, strawberries, cantaloupe, etc. And there was pop or water to drink. I ended up having Sierra Mist.

On all of the tables, there were small bottles of bubbles you could blow. I never blew any, but plenty of other people blew bubbles. Some even went up to the balcony to blow bubbles that would float down on top of the people dancing. 3nodding Very cool.

Um... what else to say... *sighs* I know there's more I could say, but it would require using names, which I don't want to do. So... I guess I'm done talking about the dance with you guys.
